Knowledgeable, straightforward, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Also, Blazer Electric seems to be one of the few companies to work on solar panel systems. When Yelp sent out my request to multiple companies--even though I searched specifically for companies that work on solar panel systems--three of the companies said they don't do solar.

When the technician arrived, he recommended upgrading to an EV-specific outlet, explaining it was the better choice. I appreciated the recommendation, but I was disappointed that it increased the price by $100. I felt that option should have been discussed during the initial phone calls so I could make an informed decision before the appointment. After I posted my original review, the owner personally came back to my home to make things right. He offered to refund the $100 price difference, but I declined because I didn't feel it was fair after the work had already been completed. Instead, he replaced two breakers that genuinely needed replacement at no charge. I really respect a company that stands behind its work and makes the effort to address a customer's concerns. While I still believe the pricing options should have been explained upfront, I also believe it's important to recognize excellent customer service when a business takes responsibility and follows through.
