This is an updated review since I put my first update 24 days ago for this business. If you read my last updated review you will understand what was going on but just to give you a quick recap. I had some failure in sockets and whenever anything was plugged into that socket it tripped the fuse. I had contacted the company several times but I didn't get a good communication back from them. Hence I took it up to Yelp to write a review for them. Don't take me wrong! they have done the initial work professionally, however, what lacked was their commitment and support after the work was done. Hence, after my first review I updated my review and this is a update from the last update. (Sorry got a little confusing there!) So after I posted the review the cousin brother (who initially missed my appointment) have taken over the business and he did contact me. He made my appointments and came over and was very apologetic about whatever happened. But he wanted to fix the issue and he was very down to earth about everything. He spend some time figuring out what might be the cause of tripping the fuse, he went ahead and decided that the fuse needs to be replaced. The wiring in the socket looked perfect. He also fixed the smaller issues which were also my concerns since the initial service was performed. His name is also Mo and he gave me a really nice service and after almost 1.5 months of waiting my issues which were lingering around were fixed! Now my fridge is plugged into its dedicated circuit and so is my microwave. The service did go as planned. read more

I saw my first review from 2020 when Moe first came and fixed a few things with outlets that didn't work, etc. I want to write again and say we have had Moe or his crew come out from Hadyeh Construction about once year. I love to see him come by because I know he will understand what I need, and do a good job. He's very polite and friendly. Last year he and another electrician came over because of problems with circuit breakers. The men diagnosed the problems, Moe explained it to me, and the other man finished the work. We have not had a problem since. read more

Late in giving this review. I found Hadyeh Electrical via Yelp, with great reviews. Received a quote that was fair and scheduled the job. There were two people who came and quickly were able to complete the job. I had requested light switches to be installed along with some new recess lights. Happy with the work, price, and easy communication via text. read more

I have been trying to get ahold of this company for several days with no response. They did a botched electrical installation and have not fixed the error. Motion detection flood lights were installed in my backyard. The lights turn on as soon as it gets dark but they don't turn off until the morning. I am now being cited by the city because the constant lighting is bothering my neighbors. read more

I found this company through the great reviews here on Yelp. Earlier today, Hadyeh Electrical upgraded my 100 amp elecrical panel to a new 200 amp panel. They were extremely efficient and professional. My power was off for only three hours. I was particularly impressed by how they explained everything they were going to do ahead of time and provided a clear description of what they were going to do in the contract. I received a quote within an hour from within Yelp. I just sent photographs for their review. The cost was lower than the contractor that my home warranty recommended. Only a 10% deposit was required to start the work with the balance due after the job was complete. I was able to pay through Venmo too. The best part was how neat they did the work! I found Hadye Construction through Yelp. Very fast response and scheduled a quote for me in no time. Came out to give me a quote and was able to schedule me before thanksgiving day to get started on a few requests I had for him. From new lighting to adding switches. I am very happy and pleased with the work they did! My house was in need of lighting in my living room, garage, and backyard. They got all of the work done in one day which was surprising to me. They were explaining the process as they did their thing and also asked if I was happy with placements as they progressed in their work. Along the process, I also added in a few requests for them and they were able to add those in with no hassle which I really appreciated as I knew how irritating it could be to add more work to the list. Today I had sent some requests for recessed lighting. They responded very fast and gave me an estimate over the phone regarding how much it would be for however many lights I needed. I was not prepared to get this done today but they were available and it was a very good price compared to other companies. The communication with Ned was great and he made sure everything was the way I wanted before proceeding. They were super quick and cleaned up everything really nice. *UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW I hired Hadyeh for an exhaust fan installation. There was a critical mistake that was made and was not discovered for some time. After it was brought to their attention they addressed it and offered a solid solution. Not only did address my issue, they audited past installations of this product and reached out to those customers to review their install and make sure all was good. Although the initial install left a sour taste, the effort put forth by the management team to make it right shows how serious they are about customer service and providing quality (& safe) work. Great work, fantastic service. I highly recommend Moe. He is highly knowledgeable on electrical and has demonstrated professionalism that is uncommon nowadays. Electrical installation or anything relating to electricity is not to be taken lightly for many reasons, with an important one being safety. You'll need to work with an expert who is well experienced and knows his way around permits, licenses, inspections, and of course, electricity. When I was shopping around, most electricians I talked to simply want to do it without explaining how Southern Cal Edison might see it as an issue, how electrical installations in the future might create problems, i.e., with solar installations, which I plan to do soon. Moe explained the need to get the paperwork in order so that it checks all the necessary boxes with the utility company checklist. Given this, I am confident that my house is safe and that any plans I have in the future relating to electrical installations will not create problems. Moe has modernized my 20-year-old failing electrical panel and installed an EV charger in the garage. In addition, he fixed a burned outlet inside the house for free. I accepted his apology and told him I appreciate him calling me. Not everyone would have done that, but it means a lot to me to show some decency after the situation and to be able to reflect on it and apologize. When I reached out over yelp they were very responsive and had great pricing. What I appreciate the most though, was that they were forthcoming with solutions/pricing and honest about what they could or couldn't do. I ended up replacing these old lights in my kitchen with recessed lighting. Worked with a painter/drywall guy they recommend to patch up my ceiling who was also very responsive. Let me start by saying I am EXTREMELY demanding and I don't give out 5 stars reviews that easily, but If I could, I would have given Moe 10 stars. He was prompt, polite, flexible and extremely professional. Long story short, I have two EVs and I needed two NEMA 14-50. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than that, as I was maxed out on my existing panel, resulting in the need for a panel upgrade to get the job done. He walked me through the process and explained every step of the way in detail. Moe kept me informed on permits, SoCal Edison, etc. He arrived to the house as scheduled, got the job done and left my garage and side of the house super clean... basically what you'd expect from a professional. If there was anything that could have been done a bit better, I'd say the stucco patching, but everything else was perfect. Something else to point out, which is/was extremely important to me - pricing - was very competitive. I already have another job lined up for him. Thankfully, a lot simpler than upgrading the electrical panel. read more

2nd UPDATE: WOW! You really don't need to contact anyone else if you need any electrical work. Moe is really sincere and passionate about his work. He stayed in contact and gave me updates on arrival of the parts and confirming the installation time. He even arrived earlier than expected. This worked out well for me since I had just finished a graveyard shift. When he arrived he was wearing a mask and took off his shoes (very important in Asian households). We are very appreciative that he is taking precautions with COVID! He was extremely professional and installed the lights fairly quickly. My husband and I are very pleased with his service and will definitely contact him for our future projects and recommend him to all our family and friends. I attached pictures to show his work :-) UPDATE: I want to edit my review at this time because Moe had reached out to me and had apologized for the lack of communication. He promised me that this was not how he runs his business and that he was short one worker because of vacation and that because of covid he does not have his office phone. He didn't want to make any excuses for not responding but he just explained to me what the situation was. He sounded very sincere and apologetic for my poor experience and hoped that I would give him a chance for his business. I feel that communication is clear now and he will do the install as soon as the part comes in. Will update with pictures once everything is set. I was looking for someone to install some pendant lights for me and based on all the good reviews I saw here I figured what could go wrong? Moe reach out fairly quickly through yelp messages but needed more info so he gave me his number. I texted him Wednesday morning. We communicated back and forth regarding the project but he somewhat left me hanging until the next day Thursday which he had apologized for the delay in his response. He told me he could do the install on Monday because he needed to order a part. I asked him what time on Monday he would be able to come by... but no response. Monday has come and gone now and I don't have any response still. I know with covid going on businesses are doing things differently, but I think communication is key and unfortunately I did not have the best communication with Moe. We bought a house...that has problems. Didn't know the extent, turned off the breakers and lights just stopped working when we turned them on. The previous owners did some "work". Called and spoke with Moe on 6/24 at like 8:00 he was able to get our same day. Showed up at 9:00. Started working and was very up front with cost and the extent of what might need to be done. I also asked for best and worst case scenario just so I could budget. He was able to check and fix most of the issues same day and super affordable. There was some issues that required a deeper check. He was able to get me scheduled next day for that. Our panel also needed some breaks etc. so I got a quote for that and would need to talk it over. Today 6/25: Moe came back out and finished the work and corrected all the problems. He also was able to clean up our breaker box, replace the breakers and took out some extra wiring from an old spa. Then was able to get a few things more done inside for us. Got a quote for some new lights as well. Once we get unpacked and settled in we'll have them out again to do that work. ***Updated review*** After posting my original review I was contacted by the company. I was offered an explanation on why the hole was placed in the wall and why the area around the plug was damaged. They also offered to send someone out to fix the problem. I had already repaired the damage so I turned them down. I appreciate their effort to make it right, however that doesn't change the fact that their worker left the damage in the first place. I was told the technician that did the original work was under review. I'm not sure what that means but this business should look at how their technicians complete their work and talk to their customers. I posted my electrician job request at 10:37 p.m. on a Tuesday evening. One minute later, I get a response from Moe, the owner of Hadyeh Construction, that he can help me with my projects. I checked their reviews and many previous customers talked about how responsive and fair Moe was. This was looking very promising. The next morning I messaged Moe back that I'd reach him mid morning. When I called, he was quick to pickup and we talked about the two projects. 1) Replace a CFL can light fixture in my kitchen and 2) fix a sticky doorbell. Moe provided me options on the repair of the light fixture. I could either replace the current one or upgrade all the light fixtures to LED's which would be a more expensive project but would be brighter, easier to maintain and use less electricity. I opted to replace all 5 CFL's with the LED's. Moe made sure he had all the items for our appointment, scheduled for the next day or Thursday. I received a text message for our appointment shortly after our call. On the day of the appointment, I received a text a few minutes before he was to arrive at my place. Both Moe and his helper came with masks and also asked if they needed to take off their shoes inside the house. 1) Replace the kitchen light fixtures - They used a plastic tarp and covered all the areas below the light fixtures and started to work...and very quickly. They replaced all 5 fixtures in about 30 minutes. Once they turned on the new lights, I was really pleased with them and my decision to replace them all. 2) Sticky doorbell - Moe was able to diagnose the issue very quickly as he told me that a mechanical doorbell would do the trick. Sure enough in a matter of minutes, he was able to swap out my old digital doorbell and replaced it with a new mechanical one. We tested it and not only did it work as intended but the chime was much louder than previously and it could now be heard from the upstairs should someone be at the door. This doorbell had been a problem for a few years now and I was glad to get this long standing problem fixed once for all. As an owner of a rental property (I live 6 hours away), I need the timely services of local experts for maintenance needs at the rental property. I need someone who is quick to respond, trustworthy and charges a fair price. The most important thing from today's visit was I found "my electrician guy" should I have a future need for an electrician. I've used some other local companies previously and I never felt that they won my business. Moe did everything right and exceeded expectations. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, efficient on the task and payment was easy. Before he left, I received the final invoice via email for my business records. I can 100% recommend Moe to my friends and neighbors here in the Inland Empire. He takes pride in his craft, his business and it shows. I am not sure who's more to blame here, 2-10 home warranty for contracting with this company, or the company itself for a lack of effort to call customers back who are contracted WITH 2-10 warranty, and requesting services! My fault (accountability taken) for calling LAST YEAR and requesting an electrical service and not following up, also Hadyeh never contacting the customer themselves and/or 2-10 home warranty for following up with their customer to make sure their contracted company, Hadyeh, has reached out to now, BOTH their customer. Yes, I'm paying for a warranty thru another company, so I should not have to waste my time chasing down the companies they're contracted with. Fast-forward a year (life got busy- yes for a year!) and on 8/3/2021 I contact 2-10 to refile the claim I had asked for a year ago with a confirmation email for 8/3/2021 that the claim was sent to Hadyeh. Here we are again today, no contact from Hadyeh Construction, me attempting to call them this time, and NOW receiving a text that they are out of the office until September 1st!! September 5, 2021 I have to update this review from 1 to 5 stars based on the excellent customer service I received from Hadyeh Construction (HC) shortly after the previous post. For the most part, it was just a mix up between 2-10 & HC. I received a phone call from the owner with a sincere apology and genuine concern on how to provide the best customer service possible and resolve my electrical issues. HC truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and make sure all electrical issues were resolved for the safety of myself, family, and future renters. I was given a thorough explanation on everything that was being assessed and/or done around the house (which I absolutely appreciated). I felt there was no nonsense being spewed or any attempts to make an easy dollar of me (a female). Although I am not pleased with the warranty company I went with, I am grateful they brought me to HC because I will absolutely be using and referring them to others in the future!! read more
