I've been coming here for over 10 years, Dr. Nesbit is part of a great team of dentists. Today I had a crown applied, virtually no pain. As long as I have teeth in my head, I'll be coming back here. Dr Nesbit has been our family dentist for many years. After a recent visit for a cracked crown replacement (not this offices work) I had to write a review how amazing Dr Nesbit and his team are ! Update: Front desk is still very efficient and everyone is nice but the dentist barely looked at my teeth this time yet will charge for an exam. They also forgot to do my X-rays despite the fact we discussed having it done when I arrived, and my cleaning wasn't as thorough as it should be. I could still feel plaque as not all of my teeth were scaled. Initial review: Love, love, love this dental practice. The waiting room has a beautiful aquarium and coffee. They also have bottled water available inside the office. My hygienist, Tanya, was so sweet and friendly and best of all gentle. She made getting X-rays and teeth cleaning painless. Dr Dideo was extremely nice, friendly and honest. Such a rarity to meet a dentist who is this nice and down to earth. He's knowledgeable and really good at educating his patients but doesn't push any treatments that aren't necessary. Even the front desk staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The office has a bowl of tropical lip balm with SPF for patients to take which is a nice touch. I loved the view while getting my teeth cleaned. There is a large wall size window that looks onto a nice nature setting with trees and birds. Very peaceful. They also have a TV for each patient and even offer headphones. I really like Dr Nesbit and have been going here a long time. My review is more negative because I feel they have gotten too big. I recently had a filling and he made this big speech about calling them and coming back if there were any issues. Call right away blah blah blah. Well I started to have issues. Either the filling cracked or the tooth cracked or something went wrong. It is sharp and I am getting stuff caught in it. So I call on April 26. The first opening he has is May 18. Almost a month to get back in when you are having issues sucks. Why give your patients their huge speech about coming back in if you don't leave any slots open to see them? Also last cleaning I had was a mess. They have started using fill in hygienist. I loved my usual one. But they stuck me in with this lady who was terrible. She hurt me the whole time. Then at the end of the appointment she says "oh by the way you should see a dermatologist because you have this area on your lip that might be cancerous" Whoahhhhhhhhh this isn't something you blurt out to a patient off the cuff. That one really caught me off guard. I love the doctor but I am not liking the things I am seeing right now. I would not suggest them to any new patients because I frankly think they may have too many right now. I am hoping this gets better because I have seen them forever and hate going to the dentist (like phobia hate them) so getting a new one would be traumatic. Just hoping this improves. read more

Twice, my appointments have been cancelled without reason or due to a "lack of communication". I've been lied to, and given the run around. I've always been obsessive about my dental health, but life got in the way of my usual thrice annual cleanings, and my SILs suggested Jones Family Dental. Dr. Didea is so kind, very thorough, and the hygienists, and front desk staff all follow suit. Turns out stress is super bad for your teeth, and I had a couple of cavities directly related to grinding, and also needed a deep cleaning. Since I'm an anxious patient, I was able to sedate with Vitamin V - Valium - as long as I had a driver. The front desk set me up with several options for payment, which included Crown Dental plan, it more than paid for itself with the work I had done. All of my work is completed, and Dr. Didea's perfectionism and attention to detail is much appreciated, my pearly whites look and feel great again. He really takes the time to explain everything to you, ensure that you are comfortable, and even provides warm blankets to snuggle up with. I have a follow up in a couple of months, and like that they have a cancellation text notification system, which is first answered first served. Super pleased to be their patient, and look forward to my future visits. read more

I have been meaning to write this for a long time, both Dr. Nesbit and Didea are just so exceptional. I was recommended to go here but a friend of my moms and since have recommended many other people who have all had great experiences here. They are so different in that when you go in with an urgent problem, they fix that problem. They don't give you the whole you need a cleaning and this and that - they prioritize helping you with your most urgent needs, they listen to you. They don't try to force you into doing any work you don't want to do. I have pretty bad problems with my teeth and I have never felt judged for that ever while getting work done there. I've been going to this organization for over 25 years from the original Dr. Jones to the new younger ones. All the dentists and staff have been excellent, and they keep up with new technology and use it well -- good enough that I now drive two hours (round-trip) from my home to see them instead of someone closer. They seem to strike a good balance between watching suspect teeth and going ahead with repairs. And my crown replacement was done the same day with a laser printed tooth ... apparently common, but new to me! I do highly recommend them. read more
