    I brought this brand new 2024 Hyundai Elantra in September 2024, February 2025 I started to have electrical problems with it, I would be driving and all of the sudden my dashboard would light up , my emergency brake would stop my call saying collision. I took my car in and they said we can't find anything wrong with it , bring back next time it acts up , well I brought it back with all the lights and everything on and I tell the guy if you turn the car off and wait it a little bit, it's like the car is restarting it's self. I can't wait around in 102 degrees for my car to restart its self. I have kids and autism kid that needs to go to his appointments every week. This is my tip for anyone looking for a car, please don't buy here.

    I came to the dealership knowing exactly which car I wanted and I got paired with Manny as my salesman! Lucky me because he fought tooth and nail for me to be able to get the car I wanted, for the price I needed, and with the downpayment I had. The only reason for 4 stars is because they need more than two finance people working on a Saturday! It was quite the wait to get finished up. But if you're in the market for a new Hyundai, get to Earnhardt & ask for Manny!

I came in on a Tuesday appointment mid day and got checked in pretty easily. The only quarrel I have is that it took 2 hours to finish a regular scheduled maintenance. Luckily they have a lounge area with coffee and tables seating with power outlets so I got some work done while waiting. The service personnel were very nice. Again the only reason I put a 3 is because of the wait. Perhaps staffing may be an issue and I believe they can do a better and quicker job at finishing because I take our other vehicle to a dealer literally down the street who gets us in and out in an hour or less.

When I returned to pick it up, it was gone. No explanation, no accountability--just gone. All their staff are friendly and well trained in their method of selling. They are a no negotiation dealer, and have a few high price add-ons that they push including a high document fee and a cleaning and prep charge . We decided to buy and that's when problems started. Either the staff isn't well trained in using the computer program, or the program isn't a good one. Firstly, the contract was written up for the wrong car but with the right VIN. Then it took two hours to get a corrected copy. Then they put the wrong name on the receipt for the deposit. When we came back the next day with the funding, a small scuff on the car hadn't been buffed out as promised, so there was another wait. Would I buy from them again? I probably would give them a chance again. All in all, even the ridiculous no choice charge for what is basically a Scotchgard treatment, we saved between $2500-$3000.

    I am giving two stars because of the only positives: they scheduled my inspection within a few days…read moreof calling and Justin, the technician that arrived, was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
