I purchased a polaris Northstar 10-1-2024. The company agreed to hold it until our house was finished being built. November 2025 we took ownership. It was slightly used with only 400 miles on it. Only 90 miles of driving back and forth to my garden later and the front passenger wheel made a pop scrape and immediate stop. It broke but I purchased a warranty so I took it in. The first thing they asked is if I hit something and I didnt as they could see no scratches or damage. The tech told me the screw holding the driveshaft to the wheel should never come off but it did allowing the damage to occur. This should never be a part a customer needs to watch or maintain. He said because bearings are damaged they won't cover it. I said I have a warranty and I drove it to my garden only. I did nothing. Lee said he would do his best. Lee called me and said the owner personally denied my claim and I asked for a call. The owner never called me. I got sick and was in the hospital for a week and when I got out I called back. I asked the lady for the owner and she laughed saying no. She said she would have the warranty manager call me. I have all call records as well. No call for another week so I called service and asked for Lee. The warranty manager was covering a shift so I finally was on the phone. I also found my warranty paperwork now so I know its all covered and I let him know that. He said he would speak with his manager and call back. He called me back and said even if parts are covered if a bearing breaks its automatically denied. I said your selling in-house warranty covering bearings and using it to deny claims. Thats not right. He said he knows but at least he got the price down for me. I told them to do the work at this point they held the vehicle hostage for a month. #BBB read more

I had a bad experience with Jonesboro cycle a few years ago while trying to get a Can-Am but I decided to give them another chance since they are the only local dealership. They advertised that both of the youth models (1 Polaris, 1 Yamaha) that we were looking for were in stock but when we got there they did not have either one. (Both are still listed as in stock all over websites to this day. They blamed it on the "system" doing it automatically. Right.) The first salesman was too focused on the ballgame on the tv and his cell phone to bother with us. The next guy was great and the owner came over to talk as we were browsing. He talked a great line and did a lot of bragging until we asked if they could order the model we wanted. He tried upselling to one they had in stock before telling us that he would not order the model we wanted because "he couldn't make any money off of it". Exact words. We should have walked away right then, but no. We stayed for more punishment since our son's birthday was coming up. We finally sat down to do the paperwork on our 3rd choice bike and that's when we really started getting screwed. Quoted price was $3,499 but by the time they added all of their fees it was up to $4,500. We said no, especially to the $600 inspection fee. Wtf. It's brand new! Why is there an inspection fee being charged for a brand new bike? The salesman said "we have to pay the mechanics somehow". I think he thought that was cute. I was not amused and judging by the other reviews regarding this fee, neither was anyone else. We countered and said if they could get us out the door for $4k that we would go ahead and buy it even though that price was still $500 more than we were originally quoted. The owner would not budge. We left and went to the dealership in Poplar Bluff that we purchased our sxs from after the first bad experience with Jonesboro Cycle and left with the model we wanted in the first place. No inspection fees for brand new bikes here. I will never go to this place again and will not recommend it to anyone. On a side note, I was told by a mechanic friend that Jonesboro Cycle keeps him in business with their crap service work. That's a perk for the little man, I guess. read more

I shopped around at every dealer for 300 miles and no came close to price I paid at Jonesboro Cycle & ATV. Absolutely, worth the drive! Being the 2nd largest ATV dealer in the entire country the showroom alone is over 4 acres under one roof. If Jonesboro Cycle & ATV doesn't have what you need then you don't need it. When I needed to have service done, they had my Can Am in and out in one day. I been back three times for service and every single time it was an absolutely wonderful experience. On 2-19-26 I called to inquire about two 2025 Can Am Defender models an xt HD7 and HD9 listed on their website. A new sales rep informed me they were no longer available. He apologized commenting he wished they would remove the listings with no inventory. I heard the frustration in his voice. I then inquired about two Polaris models that were listed on their website and was directed to another salesman that informed me those also were no longer available. He too apologized with the same frustration in his voice. I commented that this practice of leaving vehicles posted that are no longer available was not a good look for the business. By reviewing my experience today by no means is saying this is a common practice for this dealership. Here's a long one........Just don't buy from them. I have always been told that you can paint up a turd and make it look nice, but it is still a turd. That painted up turd is Jonesboro Cycle. Bought a 25 Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT 1000 summer of 25 at a good price. Sales was not my issue. Started having a clanking sound and I could not find anything loose. Seemed to start at about 28-30 mph. Dropped it off to service in October and they had it 3 weeks. Tried to convince me it was a rattle because back seat was folded down even though I told them it would make it with seat either up or down. Took it back on January 14 with same issue. Stopped in the end of February to check on it as they would not return phone calls. Alex with service said they contacted Kawasaki warranty for approval to break it down and was waiting on that. Called once a week for next two weeks and getting same story. Finally third week of March, I stopped by dealership to check on it and it was sitting in exact same place that I had seen it before so I requested a printout of activity since January 14. They gave me 11 parts numbers related to transmission ordered thru Warranty but said all of them were on back order. I googled Kawasaki Warranty and called them to verify what I was being told. I gave them the VIN and they told me that Jonesboro Cycle had reached out to them on March 10 and was authorized to break it down and to tell Warranty what issue was but had not heard back from Jonesboro Cycle. I gave them the parts numbers that were supposedly ordered and they told me that these parts were never ordered and were not on any type of backorder. She put me on hold and contacted Jonesboro Cycle. Came back on line and said she was told it would be ready in 5 days. Waited a week and called. They said Alex would call me and of course, he never returned my call (shock shock). Next week I stopped back by and talked to Jimmy the sales manager. He got on it and Alex called me the next week and basically said that what they had done did not accomplish anything and did not know what the noise was and to just pick it up and use it as is because there was still over 2 years warranty on it and if something happened that it could be dealt with then. I was moving to another town through all of this and I took it to another dealership because Jonesboro Cycle apparently did not get the linkage adjusted correctly and it would slip out of high gear several times when I would slow down or accelerate. Tyler was great at helping find the vehicle I wanted to purchase but soon as was moved to the back to finance it went down hill!! The out the door price that was given was done away with saying that's only if you finan it and use 13% intrast to finance!! If I use the lower interest rate of 8.1 then I lose $1000 fff on the Utv. Or if I go with 5.9 I lose all rebate incentives. Lucjy for me my fiancee called Gary Gentry at Motonation in Memphis. Got a UTV just as the one I was trying to purchase from Jonesboro cycles but actually had a radio bumpers and upgraded tires and got all incentives rebates for 5.9% and $40 cheaper a month Very big difference. Don't tryst Thise guys in Jonesboro I had a wasted trip traveling to pickup up the cycle there but showed me who to trust when you talk over the phone!! I told the finance guy in Jonesboro what I could get he advised that no way Motonation could sale it to me and guess what they did and I purchased it!!! read more

I called about 5 different bikes and was told are were sold but they had one model ($5000) more than the advertised ones I asked about and they had one close to the amount I was shopping at but it was not in same model class I was looking. I commented that their internet marketing person needs to update the website and remove the sold units, that it looks like "bait and switch". read more

When I reviewed them on google they responded that they care about this type of poor interaction but several days later the bikes still say on sale and in stock on their website despite me bringing it to their intention. I even followed up after two days to make sure they didn't find additional inventory but nope, they just don't have them, have no intention of selling any at that price, and are just using extremely low prices to fish for new leads. I bought 3 side by sides from this place. Came here for the wide selection and it was close to home.(an hour away). They are good at selling them. Good for their company only. They sold me worthless warranties for a hefty price. Wanted to be protected. Cant reach the service department at all. Not by phone, not by voicemail, not by facebook, not by leaving a message with the phone answering girl, who told me"oh yeah they never answer the phone or reply back". I need a service on a $30,000 machine. I have to do it myself and have a warranty for this. Shop elsewhere. Outer limits Powersports in Dyersburg sold me a Polaris North Star. Another "bait and switch" story, seems that it is their MO. I'd give them a "zero star" if it were available. "Executive Summary" - They quoted me $8,100 for a CF Moto Uforce 600. When I got there a UForce 600 was $11k. I wasted five plus (5+) hours, driving in the pouring rain and about $100 in vehicle expenses to get jerked around on a "bait and switch" and an "I'm sorry, have a good rest of your day". Details: I was looking at their website for a CF Moto Uforce 600 side by side, and I clicked on the "notify me for a price drop" (where you have put in your contact information). I get an email from Zac, titled "UForce 600", the next day asking if I had any questions. I replied that I checked the "price drop box" and that a relative purchased a UForce 600 there for $8,900; and that I'd be interested if I could get on for around that price. He replied and asked if I was open for a phone call. I called Zac the next day, and left a message - then told him in the VM I'd be busy for the next couple of hours and give me a call after 3:00p. He called about 30 minutes after I called (so he didn't listen to the VM, or just ignored it). After 3:00p I called him back and left another VM. He called me back and asked me what questions I had. Well, as I described in the email, then repeated the information in the email. I also told him I had a Club Car I might want to trade. He said just to let you know where we are before a trade .... the Uforce would be just less than $8,100 out-of-the-door, and the taxes would be between "you and Tennessee" and we do not collect TN taxes. After a couple of text messages regarding the Club Car, and asking him to send pictures of the SXS (which he never did). I told him we would like to come and look at the SXS on Saturday (15 Feb 2025) - He replied that "I was on the schedule". So on a very rainy Saturday, I hooked up the trailer and headed out on a 1-1/2+ hr drive to Bono, AR (slowed by three (3) accidents on the way - that is how bad the weather was). I went in to a huge store and got directed to Zac, told him who I was and that I was here to look at the UForce 600. As we are walking there he said you mean the CForce - I said, no the UForce. He said that that is where he was confused as MY INITIAL email was regarding a CForce. I told him, no I never sent an initial email and that I clicked the "drop in price" button for a UForce 600 and showed him the text messages that referenced the UForce 600 and SXS. He said, well we don't have any 2024 UForce(s) and a Uforce 600 would be $11k. I spoke to the customer service manager, told him the story, showed him the text messages and the email titled "UForce 600". He said let me me do some checking and see what I can do. After waiting another 20 minutes, he came back and repeated the same information I told him 20 minutes ago. I told him, I just told YOU that, tell me something new about how they were going to help me. His "help" was "listening to me" - "at least, I listened" and we're sorry. No that was the most you did. So I wasted about 5-1/2 hour driving (in bad weather) and cost me about $100 in vehicle expenses, just to get jerked around by a "bait and switch" scam. I wished I had read the Yelp reviews before I wasted my time and money. read more

Traded for a used Honda. Their website advertised $7495.00 and 8,200 miles. When I got there they added over $850.00 in different fees. No one showed me any features so as I rode away I scrolled through trip meters and found the true milage - 9,458 miles on it not 8,200. That's odometer fraud. They also tried to add $1800 for Gap Insurance and a 72 month note. I said "NO" 3 times and FINALLY signed a 3 year note for $255.27 per month. Contract paper said 8200 miles and $255.27 per month for 36 months. Got my Synchrony paperwork 2day and an email showing i owe $260.35 per month. I was scammed on milage and they added money to my terms without me knowing it. I have contacted Tim Griffin's Office ( Attorney General ) and the Arkansas BBB also in Little Rock. I am a 63 year old man who has never had to sue anyone. . . until now. Oh yeah, they only gave me one key too ! read more

Straight up bait and switch. They had a CanAm side by side on sale at the Duck Festival in Stuttgart Nov 29th we looked at. We wanted to hear it run and test it (since we were wanting one that was a quieter unit than the old one we had) which wasn't possible since it was in the middle of the vendor tent. We talked with Amanda who said she was the general manager and asked if that price was for that unit only or if they would honor it after the show since we wanted to come up and test drive it. She said she would honor the price even if that unit sold after the event and we could come up and try it and out and would have their CanAm salesman reach out to us to arrange it all. No calls from anyone, so I called hours before heading to the dealership a week and a half later and explain to the guy that answered what we were looking for and headed that way in a little while. He wasn't aware who the CanAm salesman was but said he'd leave a message for Amanda that we were going to come up. We drive the 2.5 hours to the dealership and 30 minutes out the salesman calls and asks which unit we are interested in so he could get it out and ready to drive. I explain again we were coming to look at the one they had at Wings Over the PraI tie to drive it and Amanda said they would honor the show price. He said, "Ok, see you in 30 minutes...ask for Kevin." We get to the dealership (which was huge, but we didn't see a single other customer) and wait and wait for Kevin. We asked 3 different people if they could tell Kevin we were here. We see the unit that was at the show and when he finally comes out, he tells us that the one at the show sold and this one is a twin (despite having the same stock number...which I had pictures of from the show...and having the very same camo pattern layout...hard to imagine the wrap on two different units ends up layed out EXACTLY the same). I explain again Amanda said they would honor the price. He then tells us that the one at the show was equipped with accessories that had been donated by the suppliers so they could sell that one cheaper and this one was 6k more. But for the show price he had a stripped down unit with no top, windshield, lights, brush guard, etc....which would be extra. At no time did ANYONE say on the phone (or call us back before we drove 2.5 hours) that what we wanted wasn't available for that price and the "special" one had sold. I had even asked Amanda point blank at the show that if that unit sold would the same thing be available at that price and she said yes except perhaps the box over the bed. Kevin (salesman of the month 3 months running BTW) didn't really even seem to try hard and said he could get Amanda to come out, who he said was occupied at the time. We waited again another 15 or 20 minutes, alone, with no one approaching us. Finally, I had such a bad taste in my mouth that, frankly, had she come out and said, "here take the "twin" for the show price," I just didn't even want to do business with a company that mishandled the whole thing so badly and really didn't seem too concerned about it. Never once, at any time, did Kevin or anyone else say, "hey, what can we do to make this right? Can we add in a windshield, a light bar, anything?" As a business owner myself, integrity and your word is everything. I didn't see that here at the level I'm used to dealing with. If you are thinking of heading to this dealership, you better read reviews like I should have and save your time. read more

Bought a Triumph Rally Pro 900 here on 07-30-24. Triumph side cases were part of the deal. Jordan, the salesman, said they would drop ship to me as I live 5 hours away. Got the cases less than 2 weeks later to learn that lock cylinders keyed to the ignition key should have come with the bike. Jonesboro Cycle lost them. I've called and rehashed this with Jordan, Sean and several others. They haven't even ordered a replacement set. The boxes are useless and can't even be opened without lock cylinders. I have yet to get a return call from anyone there. Getting a manager on the phone is impossible. Triumph US says it's on Jonesboro Cycle and Jonesboro Cycle has essentially shorted the deal and doesn't return calls. Don't believe anything they tell you. Avoid the drive to Bono if you're looking for service after the sale. read more

Horrible experience! They sold us two bikes that weren't the specifications we were looking for. When working with Matt, the salesman, I was clear I was looking for a 50cc scooter. He showed me the options that fit my size needs and we decided to purchase two. The scooters we were sold are in fact 109cc. I was lead to believe during the entire process that what we picked did fit our needs and upon going to get insurance on my purchase I was shocked to learn the motor size was double what I had asked for. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and we had multiple conversations on what I was looking for, and he assured me the ones purchased fit our size needs. Now we have two bikes that I bought under misguidance, all for the sake of closing a sale and getting commission. Then the financing took forever cause they made mistakes with the paperwork. It's not that I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this dealer but I would make sure to ask questions and read over all paperwork first before making a decision. We trusted our salesperson and were misled during the entire process and ultimately purchased two scooters that don't fit what we needed them for. *UPDATE* Lee, the manager, called me within 12 hours of this post to offer multiple options to help rectify the situation. Not only did he call, but the salesman Matt called and personally apologized for the misunderstanding and to take accountability. I have purchased many items in my lifetime and have almost never received a follow up quite like this! They have gone above and beyond to do the right thing, and I truly wish more places cared about their customer service and brand integrity the way Lee and Matt did today! 2022 Can-am defender HD9 with 550 miles had a known bearing/clutch issue but can-am made me pay for the repairs. No reason, just said that it's a known issue and it's on me. There is a reason that there is a ton of these ATVs in for service and next to no Hondas that were broken. Oh and I purchased the extended warranty, not covered. They said it's a wear and tear item (it's an internal bearing that failed). Do not purchase that warranty... it's 100% worthless! read more

Similar to one of the other ONE STAR REVIEWS, here's another bait and switch. We worked with Kevin and trying to purchase 2 Defender HD10 2025 models and received pricing from Kevin, via text message. As we were attempting to close the deal, the price kept changing. He transferred me to Amanda, then to Trinity and he also said that if I could finance one of the units, he would honor the price, as they made a commission from the bank, which would help with their profit margin. We agreed to the financing and they pulled my credit score, (which was above 800) and the next morning, the price increased. Even though Kevin, who they said was a seasoned sales veteran, said he received the owner's approval for the deal, they would not honor the price quoted. He insisted that he could sell these units for much more to someone else.... We asked for the "OUT THE DOOR" pricing from the beginning, but hindsight, we never received that, nor have we yet to speak with someone that would be honest with us. In these numerous discussions for over a week, they initially went up $1000 per unit, ($2000 total), and then when they send over the Bill of Sale, they added another fee to the BOS in the amount of $998, totaling $2998 ABOVE the price we agreed upon. With the time we'd invested, I was considering to agree to the $2000 price increase, but not the additional $998. I asked them to remove the $998, and repeatedly asked to speak with the owner, he was never "available". As I asked again, they then forwarded my information to one of the owner's (Ben) and although he was not in, he somehow called me only to say the price I have is the best I am getting and he didn't even want our business, I am assuming because I was thorough enough to catch them in all their "inconsistencies". I simply asked them to honor the price THEY quoted, and not to keep playing games with the price and the multiple transfer to the next person...., but that did not happen. I am extremely disappointed in the time I wasted and the fact that I couldn't get an honest answer. At first, i thought this was just an eager sales associate, but after thinking it through, my opinion is that it's top-down in the culture of their business model. read more

We called them the second day they said the best they can give us is an appointment a week later to check on it. Whenever they got it in the shop they told us it had a manufactured issue and they have to get in contact with can-am . The reason I bought a new units so I will not go through this . They evidently miss priced a scooter on line, I call to get it, get the salesman to look it up on cycle trader, he sees the price and tells me "well obviously we will honor it". Checks with manger and was told some fine print gets them out of honoring their word on the price. He checks with the owner who agrees with manager that no, even though it's on there we will not honor what they advertise their price is, their word. I've had lots of times in my life where I price things wrongly, but I always honor what the price I said was, my word is all I have to live by. Obviously this company and owner do not care about that. I should have checked the reviews before dealing with them 1 and 2 star reviews. I said not a Christian thing to do, salesman told me not to talk like that about someone he goes to church with, and then hung up on me..lol.. Wish I could give them negative stars. Picked motorcycle up today for NOT THE FIRST TIME after being told it was fixed and the work not done. They lie, they do not do repairs they are paid to do, they couldn't care less about customer service if they tried. Today we were told parts that had been ordered for the bike were replaced, but none of them were on the bike. We had an appointment for these repairs plus 7000 mile service for Wednesday (a week ago) but they didn't even bring it into the shop until 4 days later. This is ridiculous. read more

Arrived 15 minutes before open and the lot was crawling with employees placing demos out on lot and such. At opening at 9 went inside (2nd or 3rd person in the door on a MONDAY!!!). Walked through showroom, hung out by parts counter and nary an inquiry or anything. Didn't see or speak to a soul as all employees appeared engrossed with their coffee and phones. First impressions. I can't recommend buying anything from here. It's not the purchase but having any service or repair work will cost you a fortune. I took in my Artic Cat side by side to have tires put on, repair throttle cable and service. Took over a month to get it back and the bill was well over $900. They charge over $200 to just change the oil and service. They actually charged me $115 to change the spark plugs. Their current labor cost is $115/hr. After arguing with them I finally got them to reimburse me around $300. Bottom line, slow service and overcharged for work done. read more

Bought a new can am 2021 570 outlander. was fairly pleased other than the document fees until I got a chance to ride it. Now I haven't even had it a week got maybe 50 miles on it. Pulled it in to the shop where I work and smelt smoke pulled the seat and a couple of wires were on fire put them out. Took it back to Jonesboro cycle. They say definitely has an electrical short. Now they've had it a week and still haven't heard anything out of them, when they told me they would let me know what's up with it the very next day. I've been up there and it's we've been covered up and haven't had a chance to look at it. But I bought a new four wheeler 2 weeks ago but I still have no four wheeler could at least replace it or give me a refund. I would for sure go some where else. read more

I had a down payment and purchased the warranty too (which I felt pressured into) and the price of that was flashed before be only briefly. The salesman know nothing, and I mean nothing about any of the products they sell. After me doing a quick online research, I ended up having to educate them on the products. We were buying 2 leftover 2021 units from them, and It was like pulling teeth. They kept changing the price. They said it was because the freight was going up, however these unit had done been delivered, at the old freight rate. Then, they just stopped being up front with us on the price, when we were going to finance the units. They would only tell us what the monthly payment would be, which was outrageous. So we finally decided to just pay cash and agreed to a price for the units. Signed paperwork for said units, and it turned out they sold us a unit they really didn't have. They ended up putting us in another unit, that wasn't the same color we wanted, and told us we could just go somewhere and have it wrapped for $400 more. At this point it was time for them to close. They advised they would have to build the unit and we could pick it up a Wednesday. Wednesday has came and the unit has not been built yet. I called several times each time they told me they would check and call me back. They never did. I called again and my sales man told me, they were having to "Program an aftermarket ECU for the unit". I did pay for a new unit to have an aftermarket ECU on it which they are having to program. It should done be programmed from the factory. These folks are trying to steal my Jesus. read more

The staff was friendly but I drove a long ways because of an advertisement for products they don't have in stock. I get the times but why advertise at all if you can't get supply. read more

This business ran my credit "hard pull" but never sent it to the actual finance company according to the finance company! Additionally after running my credit, several hours later the salesman said they weren't set up through bank to offer lease option even though the website States they are and salesman and general manager said they were. Throughout the day I was told the finance company was backed up. However, one phone call to the finance company proved the application was never submitted. The salesman and general manager seemed unfamiliar with lease and finance specials offered on their own website, and instead tried to 'educate' me about credit. I have no issues with credit and have VERY good credit. Basically, this business doesn't know their own specials they advertise, doesn't act with urgency to send your application to the one finance company you request, and flat out LIES about sending the application. If I could give 0 stars I would. They had a a serious customer. If you are looking for a CanAm, you can apply directly through lender and go to a dealership who is more honest. Don't waste your time here unless you like dishonesty and the run around from people who don't know their own advertisements! read more
