Cool little Korean food place in the Inspirada area. There's a nice outside eating area with a few video games (free to play). Inside there are a few tables. They have a selection of ramens you can get, from non spicy to extremely spicy. You can make the ramen yourself with their machines, which have clear instructions. We tried their chicken wings - lemon pepper, spicy garlic, and Nashville sweet. All were very good, and the chicken are nice and meaty - good size chicken wings. Nice lace to visit if you're in the area and want some straightforward Korean comfort food.
Korean style chicken wings, chicken, and ramen - take your pick! Tried the chicken wings - spicy chili, lemon pepper, and Nashville sweet. All were tasty. Heads up - the lemon pepper is really lemony, and the Nashville had a powdery spice coating that paired well with the ranch dressing. I enjoyed both, but if that's not your taste or texture, there are a lot of other flavors. For the ramen, you choose your package, add your toppings, and use the machine to add the hot water. It makes for a quick, easy meal. You mostly do this yourself but the workers are there to help. The place has some seating inside and plenty outside, along with video games to play. A cute place to check out.
I got to try the chicken wings here with a YEE and they were incredible. Well worth the long drive for me to get here and also well worth the kind of high price tag (even though I didn't pay at the YEE.) My husband and I don't mind driving for some good food and this place has some good food. We decided to try a sandwich and it did not disappoint. The chicken inside was tender, the coleslaw was fresh and the bun was soft and delicious. It had bread and butter pickles on it (which are not my fave) but the added sweetness really balanced out the sandwich. We added truffle mayo and it actually worked and made the sandwich sing. We also had some of those amazing potato wedges. YUM! The service is fantastic. The people working the counter are nice, friendly and helpful. I like that they are enthusiastic when explaining things to you. Feels like they want you to be here and I love that. Even if some of the items takes quite a bit of time, at least they warn you so you know what to expect. The place is a bit small inside so it's a bit awkward to stand in line and there isn't much indoor seating. However, they have a fairly large outdoor seating area, including a space that looks like an Asian night market.
This review is based on a one-time visit on 8/28/25. I ordered two "triangle kimbap" items - their Spicy Bulgogi as well as their Bulgogi. I was in the mood for bulgogi and rice, I guess. Both were solid, although I'm always left wanting for a greater filling-to-rice ratio. Jong Ro has a focused menu, which I can appreciate (note that the shop's Google review as of 8/28/25 includes apparently mis-tagged photos of donuts and sandwiches, which are not on the menu). It's predominantly Korean fried chicken ("KFC"), ramyun (ramen), and a few different types of sides. It reminds me a bit of a selection of things one could get at a great quickie-mart in Korea - but elevated. The ramyun selection is impressive... and thoughtfully organized from non-spicy to extra spicy for those who want the heat, and there's a good assortment of toppings to jazz things up. The interior has three smaller tables and one larger table that seat 6. There's plenty of seating outdoors too that's shaded and there's misters (really nice in the summer). I do think I need to come back again when I'm hit with a KFC craving, and look forward to giving this place another try.
Great chicken place. Excellent customer service from the young guy at the counter ( forgot his name) Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming , he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. They have a small dining area with only few tables , which we didn't like , because there was no room at all and we had to go outside ( luckily the weather was cooler today) and very spacious outdoor seating, with nice refreshing misters. Their indoor decoration is quite Korean with a wall of Ramen, which is very unique. Their spacious patio area has several arcade games to play , which is great for kids to hang out. They offer so many different flavors of Ramen! You actually get to cook your ramen right at the counter with these little machines that boil the noodles in front of you. There's a big selection of toppings--both complimentary and add-ons--so you can customize your bowl exactly how you like it. We did not have noodles, we had chicken tenders with fries and toast. Chicken tenders are crispy, well coated in sauce, and came out so hot. They do a good job of serving food ready to eat and super fresh. We have liked how their chicken tenders are perfectly flavored with spices. They have nice selection of sauces too. The only thing which we weren't impressed with was fries, very basic /plain, no seasoning at all. Overall: it was a great experience , definitely something new to try out!
Excited to have Jong Ro close to my house, although I think I'll probably end up here too often haha. I had the 6 Chicken Tenders w/ Sauce and an order of Wedge Fries. Tenders were sizable, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Wedge fries were crisp, seasoned well, and also a good portion. I ordered the sweet chili sauce on the side, good flavor and the slightly touch of spice. Location has ample seating outside, and a few tables inside with comfortable chairs. The selection of ramyun and sides was pretty extensive, and the Kimbap options were lean after 7:30pm (as to be expected) but when fully stocked there were some great sounding options. Staff were extremely friendly, service was prompt, and I felt the prices were reasonable for fried to order chicken of this quality. The combo deals are certainly worth coming back for, but it's nice to be able to order a la carte too. Worth the trek up to Inspirada for solid chicken!
Quite the experience! From finding the location (in a weird island of a shopping center in a very new area of developed land on Inspirada. I appreciate the 3 three finger combo which is why I visited as they invited a certain amount today elite yelper to come imbibe and explore. I also tried the rose tteobikki to be adventurous and try something new. It was a Yumm spicey but not really my kind of dish unfortunately. The food was good! Nothing that really blew me away but was definitely good. I was hoping to be blown away abit more but maybe with different menu items!? ******I do have a question to management. **** There is a cv charge add to my bill. Can you please explain why as I ordered direct and paid in cash as well.
My fiancé and I finally got to try this spot out a couple of weeks ago! We were starving and wanted to get something close to home - multiple people in our neighborhood group were raving about Jong Ro, so we'd been wanting to check it out. First of all, I love the look of this place. The inside is pretty small, but they have a decently-sized patio with some classic arcade games. Inside, they have a wall of ramen options ranging from mild to extra spicy and a DIY station. The food is also very tasty. I ordered the nashville hot wings and I HIGHLY recommend them. I loved the flavor of the dry rub and I don't anything can top the crunch of korean-fried wings. We also shared the chili cheese fries, which were delicious. I'm really excited to have this little gem in our neighborhood.
Came here for an elite event and brought my husband so that we could try more items. The restaurant looks cool inside and outside. It has a huge covered outdoor seating area with some arcade games setup. The inside is kinda small but clean and cute, For the event I picked their five piece wings with fries. I picked the sweet chili sauce for the wings and wedge fries. We also ordered a ramen with a couple of gyoza toppings. Their selection of ramen is really impressive, from non-spicy to extra spicy. And you get to cook it yourself which I think a lot of kids would love. They also have a bunch of toppings you can choose from to add on. The extra spicy Buddha ramen we chose was really tasty and had good texture. The gyoza topping was also pretty good. The chicken wings and wedge fries were cooked to order which took about twenty minutes. They were perfectly fried. The wings were crispy even though they were covered with sauce. The meat was juicy and tender. The sweet chili sauce had a good balance between sweetness and spiciness. The wedge fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Service was excellent, the guy helping us was nice and helpful and spoke good English. He was very patient and provided excellent advice on choices of ramen and sauces. Prices may seem a bit high (like $17.95 for eight pieces of chicken wings) but they do offer a very generous 50% discount from noon to 4pm on Mondays through Thursdays, and a 10% discount for military/veterans/first responders.
I am SO happy that jongro chicken opened a spot in Inspirada! Their Korean fried chicken is one of my favorites and their portions are always huge! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and always made fresh to order! On top of this they also give discounts to healthcare workers which is even better! There is plenty of seating inside and outside and the outside patio even has arcade games that are free to play! I will 100% be back!!
Had to try this place after my coworker raved about it. We had the traditional whole chicken (which I took to-go) and regular whole chicken. Main difference is that the regular whole chicken, you get about 12 pieces and can choose 2 sauces. The traditional whole chicken is a literal whole fried chicken and cut in half. It comes with wedges and 3 sauces, with pickled daikon. Both were delicious! For the regular whole chicken, we got tare soy and lemon pepper. It was so good! Chicken was not oily and it was such a nice crunch. The traditional whole chicken was fried perfectly too. The only thing was the white meat was a bit dry. I would totally come back here again even though it's a bit of a drive. On Monday-Thursdays you get 50% off wings from 12-4pm which is such a great deal! The inside is a bit small but outside has plenty of seating along with old school arcade games.
This place replaced what used to be Gabi Cafe. So glad we had a chance to check it out being in that area- this has been on my "need to try" list in Yelp. Walking up and into the restaurant was kool- there is so many things that caught my eye. Right outside there was an area with a couple of arcade games. It'll def be a place chill and hangout on cooler days. The options they have on menu were great. A lot to choose from- bowls, wings, sandwiches and even a chicken salad for a healthier option. If you choose the Ramyun- they have a wall to choose which flavor you want ranging from non spicy to really spicy (check photo) We ordered chicken mayo bowl w/truffle mayo and a chicken sandwich combo. Food was cooked fresh and served fairly quick -maybe less than 10 min. Everything was delicious!!!! Chicken was fried perfectly and flavors were great! Definitely would love to come back and try other things on menu.
Love the Vibes of the Place! Super Chill inside with a dope outdoor seating under a tent. Love the seasonings of all the chicken we bought. Not too heavy but it was just the right amount to let the flavors roll off the tongue. Service was amazing. Nena was really attentive and was always there when we would need something, huge plus. Overall, definitely coming back to this spot! Oh, they also let you make your own Ramen Bowl! I'm coming back here!! You should try!
Great fried chicken spot! I enjoyed this location as it's out in Inspirada and more "mellow". The inside is a bit small, but fun, and the outside offers a comfortable, large, covered dog friendly patio. There's even a handful of different arcade games to enjoy. For our visit, we ordered the three finger chicken combo ($14.99). Not being a fan of spicy food, I was a bit worried, but asked for no spice and thankfully, the chicken came out beautifully. Flavorful and no spice. The fried batter mimicked a light tempura batter, which I quite enjoyed. You could also taste that their frying oil was very clean. Another much appreciated detail! The sauces were also pleasant, flavorful, and not spicy. Our order came with two sauces: ketchup and a sauce that was a lot like Thousand Island dressing, which was my personal favorite. Their cole slaw was VERY GOOD too! It was tangy, flavorful and the best coleslaw we've had in the Vegas Valley to date. Lastly, customer service was pleasant and efficient. Located in the Inspirada area, I took a field trip to meet up with some friends who were on a mission to try their Korean Chicken Wings..I'm glad I did The dining room setup is on the smaller capacity inside. There's a long rectangular community table and only 3 other smaller tables for the dine in customers. The Ramen Stations where you get your hot water is inside as well. Outside there's a great covered dining area along with some classic video games. So cool. It was windy and cold outside so we dined in this visit. There's a sign on the door notifying you of a 25 minute wait as all the wings are prepped freshly. We had time today, so all good. Fried Chicken flavors - Both flavors were very juicy inside. Original - Very Tasty and my favorite flavor currently Garlic Parmesan - Good times for the parmesan fans Cheese Block - Snow Cheddar. Looooved this cheese block. I can take down a whole order by myself. This is a fun dining experience. The prepackaged Ramen makes for a fun option, but the Fried Chicken is my focus on my next visit here. Enjoy! read more
Trying this place out for the first time before driving into Vegas. The plain chicken tenders were good, lightly breaded. Sweet chilli was definitely sweet and not spicy at all. Buldak was ok. If you had the Buldak noodles then you know the spicy is only for a moment then it goes away. The cheese block was good but super greasy. read more

I love this place because they give military discount and they have the best dirty fries. The service and the host is always nice and they have the best crispy chicken tenders ever that I love. When I got there it was not too busy but when I was about to leave they started to get a lot busy around 7pm read more
So absolutely ecstatic to have places continue to pop up like Jongro Chicken which i have yet to try their Chinatown location as it's just so far. Gave it an immediate try when I heard it was open. Parking is always congested in this small plaza as it shares space with a lot of other vendors bujt luckily had a spot today. This place stands where gabi used to be and their menus is broken down by chicken, wings, tenders, combos, and then "more items" which include ddukbokki. The good is that the chicken is solid. Nice to have this so close to the Inspirada community. The ddukkbokki is a huge letdown and extremely overpriced for what it is.... which is essentially just a bowl where you have to cook and put in powder. Not sure they should even sell it and its completely a different visual than their webpage which was confusing. If you are hitting this joint up, only focus on the chicken and nothing else. It would be 4 stars for me if it was just chicken but that ddukbokki was just sad read more

This place is super near my house and decided to do a take out order. I ordered 16 pieces of wings with two flavors, the truffle mayo and snow cheddar. The truffle mayo is a wet sauce and the snow cheddar is a dry rub. I also ordered a rose tteokbokki. The snow cheddar wings were favorite! It was crunchy and well seasoned with the cheddar seasoning! I will definitely get this again. The truffle mayo wings were delicious too. I could taste the truffle on the wings. The chicken was juicy and covered in the sauce. The rose tteokbokki was good, but I feel like it was missing meat. From all the rose tteokbokkis I had before, it always came with sausage. Mine consisted of rice cake and fish cake. Overall, this place was yummy and I will be back to try their other items on their menu. read more
We are so excited that there was a new spot near us to try. We went during their soft opening and the wings were 50% off. We had seen advertisements go by and were excited to try but also knew this was going to be a popular spot. We went on a Friday around 6pm and had previewed the menu. Once inside they were packed which was great to see for an opening weekend. We ordered a 16 piece Original, 16 piece Snow Cheddar and Wedge Fries. The gentleman at the counter politely let us know if would be about 30 minutes and we said that was fine as we were looking to try somewhere new. When we got home, we knew this would be good because the smell was 10/10. We really enjoyed all of the options and look forward to having the leftovers for dinner again too! The store is well organized and easy to navigate around and the staff was very helpful. read more

A cute spot that brings me to Korea. Fun little date night spot with games outside and make your own ramen wall. I like how they have a lot of different types of ramen. The chicken was good but I feel the sauces were too salty. The Buldak was spicy and the soy was sweet. Staff were friendly and service was decent. read more
Sorry, but this is the last straw for me... I've tried multiple flavors of the fried chicken most of which I didn't really enjoyed. I guess I'm not that much a fan of K fried chicken. So trying or purchasing any more in the foreseeable future is going to be a hard pass for me. Not to mention the fries were bland and hard. Furthermore the wait time was exceedingly long. The only real good thing was the friendly/informative customer service that I received. read more

Jong Ro is true to their most crispy and delicious motto. The chicken was fried well and the Nashville hot rub had good flavor. I was full after about four wings and some fries. The wait is about 25 minutes (a little extreme in my opinion for a few wings). Outdoor seating was a vibe with a few games and varies seating options. Hard to find. Like my abs since this break up #CueTheTinyViolin But fr fr... its in the super cut. passed it twice. It's in the middle of nowhere with a parking lot shaped like an obtuse parallelogram The level of frustration bruuhhh!!! I drove here before checking the rating (mistake). It's a 4.3 -- and y'all know I don't do under 4.6, so I was skeptical AF. But then two very attractive Asian men walked out as I arrived. Seeing people from the culture eating there? Always a good sign. So I moseyed on in. Inside, loved the vibe. It's awkwardly spaced -- the ramen bar, fridges, and counter all seem to be doing their own thing but it's cute, clean, and fun to look at. If you're prone to sensory overload, be warned: isssaaa lot goings ons. I wish I'd stayed to eat there just to keep admiring all the colors and little details. But ya girl was on a mission. At the counter, I peeped rice balls in the display and grabbed three -- always my magic number when dealing in rice balls. was so turnt, I aint even make it home. sat out on the oversized patio -- which let me tell you as a spectacle and itself and should be admired and revered. AnyWho... I took my place on the patio and and bit into the first one. Laaaaawd have mercy -face palm- It was... bad. The rice was thick, hard, and dry. The filling was tasteless ... Basically air. Ya girl felt Like she was eating the memory of food. #Ikyfl The second one was just as bleak. But then I was like wait what if this is a time-release situation -- you know, where it somehow gets better as you chew. Naw fam. I only got Angrier. Couldn't even open the third. I took it home, let it haunt my fridge for two days before throwing it out. Cause I knew I didn't have no business gifting that to nobody But like.... how the sushi rice was giving jambalaya texture with zero flavor? Just meh. A true betrayal. BUT. This place is called JUNG RO CHICKEN. The stars here are the twice-fried Korean chicken and ramen, not sad little rice bricks Im over here mad about. Reviews rave about the spicy ramen and saucy fried chicken Sooooooo I fully plan to come back and try what they're known for. Which means.... for now... I'm excluding the rice balls from my rating. This Korean Fried Chicken is out of this world, requiring a 25-minute wait from kitchen to table. The crunchiness is exceptionally remarkable, and the Rose Tteokbokki is a delightful discovery. Went to Jongro Chicken tonight. I like a good chicken strip. And these were so good. I got the 6 piece with an order of fries. These were so good Fresh chicken bread and cooked. I love a fresh cut and fried strip. I ordered a 6 piece. But there must have been 7-8 of them. Some were small pieces but still so filling. Could spilt with a few kids. Had the buldka sauce with it. And that's a killer sauce. A little on the hot side.There's a list in my pictures of them all in my picks. Had a side of fries with it. And they were a huge order. Could split them too. My only issue with the fries is the used way too-much salt. But I'm sure I could ask for no salt. So no big. They also have a self serve Ramyum. Had a bunch of boiling stations with tons of different flavors. Gonna have try them also. Also had bunch of different drinks and ice cream. It's in the 7-11 complex on via Inspirada. The also have a few different video games set up outside where there's a nice size patio. Price for my meal was under 18.00 for fresh made and cooked chicken. Not to bad at all. Only thing to consider is it will take some time to make and cook the chicken. Took 15 minutes But it's worth the wait. All in all a good experience. And will for sure hit them up again. read more

The ambiance was great--very comfortable and welcoming. The chicken was delicious and full of flavor, and everything came out fresh. We really enjoyed our experience from start to finish and loved the overall vibe of the place. We will definitely be coming back and recommending it to others. read more

Love that we have a jong ro in this part of town now! And the addition of the ramyeon. This jongro is aesthetically pretty! The chicken tenders were delicious together with the ramyeon. Server and kitchen were awesome too. We noticed we were missing two pieces of tenders and they gave us a new plate with everything! This place is definitely a place to hang out with friends! read more

The outside dinning is both beautiful and inviting. Especially on Vegas nights. Love the games to play while you wait to get You select you noodle / flavor and if you would like to add any items. I had a n egg, bok choy, and dumplings. You simply go to the station and push either one or two depending on the soup that you choose. The outcome was absolutely delicious. Loved it. The chicken was so much better than I thought it would be. I knew it was gonna be good, but this was absolutely next level. read more

You'll find things like instant noodles you can heat up yourself (kinda fun actually), plus other snacky foods that hit the spot. This is my first thim here since Jongro opened. The staff are super friendly and they have tons of delicious ramen options to choose from. My daughter loved cooking the ramen herself. The outdoor space is really cool too, with games and plenty of room for the kids to run around. We had a blast and can't wait to come back and try their chicken dishes. Casual, tasty, and fun - definitely recommend. read more

We didn't know what to expect coming, as we walked in we were kind of disappointed to learn that it was self service ramen. However the fried chicken was delicious and fresh amongst the best I've had. We got the Nashville Hot and it wasn't too hot, just packed with flavor and very messy even for a dry rub. We ended up getting everything spicy which is not my go to, so my experience I'm sure will be better next time when I pick a different ramen to try. It's truly a unique experience and gives you the opportunity to try new ramen packets you've never tried before. Additionally the outside had a cute hang out spot and is family friendly! read more
