Was hungry in Vegas and didn't want Strip food. And Ramen Aku hit the spot! Korean fried chicken was boneless! Very yummy. Interesting it had potatoes mixed into it. Loved my miso ramen. I tend to like a lighter broth so this was great. Loved the pork and egg. More than enough for me. About a 10 min Uber from the Strip! Service was great!

Had a good experience at Ramen Aku! Aaron was helpful, friendly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. He provided excellent service and really added to the overall experience. The food was amazing too -- I highly recommend trying the Aku Spicy ramen, it was flavorful, rich, and definitely one of the best dishes on the menu. If you're looking for great ramen and great service, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Jazz was our server for our group of 6 and she was fantastic! Very attentive, helpful, and so friendly. We love her! :) There's plenty of free parking outside and the interior is clean. We love the decor theme and the story behind it. Moderate noise inside but you can still talk comfortably. The food was great but we do have some feedback. Alcohol prices were very fair and we appreciated that the glasses were chilled and pours were generous. Our group ordered takoyaki, fried gyoza, and several bowls of ramen. We all thought the ramen was about an 8/10 and flavors were good. The toppings are great (ramen egg was cooked perfectly and chashu was thick). We just wished the broth was much hotter in temperature. Overall we all enjoyed our lunch and would absolutely come again!

The ambiance is gorgeous, the seating is awesome and comfortable, the staff is super sweet and helpful and the food takes an appropriate amount of time to be made. Overall though the food wasn't anything to write home about, worth trying once for the atmosphere. Great spot if you care more about getting a bit buzzed. Also disappointing that none of the menu items tell you what they are composed of so you have to ask.

This is their famous aku fried chicken

It's about the second time i come here. I like the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and the food i always order the SPICY CHICKEN i like their aku spicy ramen. The server Named Aaron was helpful when i had a question about the menu

tldr: more like a 3.5, pretty standard, nothing stands out too much on the menu. order a ramen dish. ask to spin the wheel after writing a google review before paying. the fried rice were super bland, no vegetables at all. definitely order a ramen here the meat in my tonkatsu ramen was room temperature but once i had some soup it was better. the broth was very good though and i drank most of it. my party of 4 came at 6pm on a saturday and it was pretty empty. they have a spinner if you leave a google review that you should ask for before the bill comes because you could win 10% off receipt, we didn't know that, so we already paid. however, we still left a review and they gave us mochi ice cream, 2 per order and 2 orders bc we wrote two reviews.

Our server Garret was very informative and made the experience even more enjoyable. I ordered the shoyu ramen and the jackpot sushi based on his recommendation, and both were amazing!

When you walk in you see a sign to wait to be seated. A lady told us she would be right with us and proceeded to talk to almost every table before coming over to seat us. The service did pick up once we were seated and I will say food comes out fast. The ambiance is fairly laid back, not very loud, considering its near UNLV. Not too bad. Now the food is where it started to fall a bit too quickly, or maybe we started to good with the chicken. The soy garlic chicken hit the table first and this was a bite of heaven. Super tender and amazing flavor. Great chicken to breading ratio and I loved the mixed of garlic chips. It also has potatoes to cover up the small amount of chicken on the plate though-sneaky. The Black Garlic Ramen: the broth is suppose to shine- and this truly truly tasted like water...with black specks of nothing- not even a pepper taste. The pork chashu...was flavorless- we took it out to try on its own and it was plain- put it back together and it was not it. It was also fairly tough for chashu. The noodles were also super super soft. Tiger Roll- the roll has shrimp tempura, avocado, and spicy tuna. The spicy tuna was just off tasting unfortunately. Overall I unfortunately don't see ourselves coming back unless changes are made. The Ramen and sushi which was primarily why we came were a huge miss. The chicken was a nice surprise, and it was the only saving gracep

Solid choice for food, the environment is super clean with fun decorations. Super bright environment. They only have ramen after 9pm. The broth was delicious, a lot of great flavors. The chicken was juicy, easy to eat and of course, crunchy. Needed food after arriving at the airport, not in the best area of town, but driving is fine. At night, it is slightly slow, but hostess was helpful and friendly. Tonkatsu ramen ($15) and black garlic ramen ($16). Added some spice, not spicy at all, very settled flavors. Noodles were chewy in a good way which I prefer. Definitely come check it out for your ramen cravings.

Service was great and food came fast! The ramen was perfectly spiced but the pork could have been more flavored

Stumbling into Ramen Aku was the best choice we made for our last day in Vegas. Jazz helped us choose the best Tapas to start, and everything about our meal was fabulous. The ambiance is really the sell here. We loved the little escape from the strip and a nice local place!

Ramen was fantastic. I got the tonkotsu ramen and added corn. Definitely coming back next Vegas trip. This place was so cute and the server too! Music had us viking.

Birria Ramen...so good! I highly recommend the gyoza and sushi as well. Fresh and delicious. The staff were also very attentive and great!

For an entrée, I ended up ordering the beef bulgogi, and it was excellent. The beef was super flavorful, tender, and cooked really well! It was a perfect sweet and savory balance you want from bulgogi! My husband went with one of the ramen bowls, and it looked amazing too! The broth smelled rich and comforting, and from what he said, the flavor definitely delivered! The service was amazing! Everyone was super friendly, attentive, and welcoming! The food also came out pretty quickly too! Ramen Tatsu ended up being a great dinner stop. Delicious food, fantastic service, and an amazing atmosphere. I'd stop by here again for a ramen bowl!

The takoyaki had a nice crisp to it; they seem on the smaller side, and there could've been a little more filling. I got the tonkatsu shoyu, and it was okay. Fortunately, the wait was only about 10 minutes, which was surprisingly quick. I ordered the soft-shell crab, baked green mussels, and BBQ ribs with steamed rice. My son ordered the yoshu ramen and fried rice. The food came out fairly quickly, but I noticed that the baked mussels never arrived. When I asked our waitress about it, she said the kitchen was backed up. However, after waiting more than 30 minutes and already finishing the rest of our meal, it felt like the order may have simply been forgotten. What disappointed me most was the lack of an apology. The waitress even asked if I still wanted the mussels at that point. I was ready to cancel the order, but Kyo stepped in and tried to make things right. Thanks to his efforts, the mussels arrived about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, when the mussels finally arrived, I was disappointed again. They were prepared very differently from the baked green mussels I'm used to getting at restaurants in Los Angeles. They were quite spicy, which wasn't mentioned, and the flavor just wasn't what I expected. After waiting more than 40 minutes for them, they definitely weren't worth the wait. Overall, the food was decent, and the restaurant was busy and energetic, but the service mishap and the disappointing mussels left me with mixed feelings about the experience. I do appreciate Kyo's effort to make things right, as he was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating situation.
