Couple of things to speak about. First the service, when it comes to being informative the gentleman who created us gave us all necessary information that we needed. He let us know that due to popularity item that we had come for was unfortunately something that we had to wait for. But man that leads me to the second thing. Second thing was is the food was amazing. My girlfriend is now completely in love with this place as her favorite Ramen place. We had the Birria Ramen. I had mine with udon she had hers with Ramen and the portion size was perfect big for me enough food for her and we both left very satisfied and very happy. We will be back as often as she crave soup, great job. read more

Parking is easy as they are located in a strip mall with other eateries. This is like a Subway or Chipotle style set up. You pick your noodles, your broth, and your toppings. They are pretty generous with their toppings, which is nice. I recommend the tonkatsu broth and the kimchi topping. I wouldn't do the pork belly again as it was a little tough. If you like garlic you can add garlic oil and fried garlic topping. The service can be a little slow. Luckily we arrived when no one was there but the groups after us had to wait as there wasn't only one person to serve the ramen and be cashier. read more

The service here was fantastic. Great service when ordering and answering any questions I had. The decor inside is very nice and holds the dragon tiger theme well. It might have been an issue of timing on my part as I got three around 1215 but when I got there all the front tables unoccupied had used bowls on them. I ordered the birria ramen, the birria burrito and the pork bao. I found the bao bun to be stale around the edges and the dragon sauce a bit over powering for the pork. I found the mozzarella cheese to be an odd choice birria burrito. I think it was chosen to be more neutral than a Mexican or jack cheese, but it doesn't add anything. I liked the fire noodle ramen inside but the bamboo shoots didn't add much. I found the taste of birria meat to be on the bland side. For the Birria ramen, I thought the udon noodles were alright, kind of right in the middle. There was a lot of birria meat but again not the most favorable. The beef birria broth was delicious. Overall I felt like the food was good and filling but the issues knock it down a star for me. read more

I ordered the large portion and it was huge. You get to cook the meat yourself so I would just give the viewer a heads up that it mainly cooks in the center of the stove and not the edges. The food and broth were well flavored. The seating area wasn't the largest but we did not have to wait to be seated. The food is ordered at the counter. read more

Cool concept - reminds me of a Chipotle for ramen; you choose your noodle, broth, and protein followed by toppings. The portions are decently sized and we ended up with leftovers. In addition to the ramen, we shared chicken wings which were lightly breaded and fried, not too greasy, and flavorful; note it takes about 15 minutes for them to be prepared. I had the housemade ramen in tonkotsu broth with braised pork belly and a mixture of veggies as toppings; definitely recommend adding the garlic oil because it adds a nice flavor. My husband had the housemade ramen with Hokkaido beef broth and pork belly and rare beef plus veggies and spicy garlic oil which he enjoyed. It's not the best ramen I've had, but it definitely hit the spot, was tasty, and I enjoyed the concept of a fast customizable ramen. read more

This was across from the hotel we were staying at the kids wanted ramen to eat so we decided to try it. For once I didn't look up reviews and was pleasantly surprised. So it is small inside, not good for large groups. The concept is really cool you build your own ramen bowl. They have different types of noodles, broth, proteins, and toppings. The guy at the front was very patient with my kids as I let them order for themselves. My daughter got udon noodles, pork broth, no protein, and fish cake. My son got spicy udon noodles chicken broth, pork belly, and fish cake. I ordered the large bowl, with spicy ramen noodles, pork broth, mushrooms as a protein, bok choy, fish cake, ramen egg, and kimchi on the side. My husband wasn't too hungry just got wings and takoyaki. The noodles are fresh made and individually packaged. Broth is on tap. The mushrooms are an assortment and they are stored separately from the rest of the protein. All the toppings look fresh. The kimchi is store bought, not made in house. We all enjoyed our food. Noodles are well made all the broths were flavorful. Husband said wings were amazing. Takoyaki was just okay cooked well not seasoned much. My kids liked being able to build their own bowl. If we are back in Henderson, we will definitely be back. read more

I read all the reviews and was so excited to check this place out. When I first arrived, I noticed and loved that the set up is chipotle style. They have so many options. I got the house made Ramen tonkotsu bowl. When I first sat down, I noticed a weird smell coming from the soup. I tried it anyway, and it tasted fine, just not as good a flavor I was hoping for. I realized the smell was coming from the mushrooms, which didn't taste bad, but definitely did not smell the best. Overall, I love the concept, but the flavor of the broth and maybe storage of the vegetables, definitely needs to be worked on. We've been meaning to get to Dragon noodle for quite some time and finally got there. When we arrived it wasn't very busy, the staff greeted us as we walked in. Since it was our first time we probably would have enjoyed being asked if we needed help but it was pretty self explanatory so I'll give them a pass . We ordered , a bowl of udon, some Korean wings and the pork bao. The bowl was made in front of us and everything looked fresh. The spicy udon noodles were good and definitely added flavor to the beef broth. I added the raw beef slices and they cooked in the broth perfectly. The wings were ok , the Korean sticky wasn't our favorite but the wings were cooked well. The pork bao was a little disappointing, the meat was very sweet and the bun was a little soggy. Came here after running the dog at the park. We were hungry and heading out of town tomorrow so I was reluctant to go to the store. We were greeted as we entered (+1 star). The menu is an explosion of choice and plastered on the TVs, the glass, and the wall. This could be positive for me and a negative for my husband. The concept is quick serve but with induction burners on the tables. There are lots of noodle options like house made ramen, rice noodles, and shirataki noodles. There's also rice. I got the fire (spicy) udon and my husband got the ramen. The udon is not chewy. I wouldn't get it again. It's cooked in how water, then the broth is dispensed on top. There's a high probability that your noodles will be overcooked. There were a few broth options on tap. All the descriptions are written on the glass. The meats are an additional cost. The pork belly is really tough (cut along the grain as opposed to across it), but the sliced raw steak was good. After adding the toppings, the soup is cold, so you have to heat it on the burner. I would prefer this is a shabu concept where the soup is boiled first and the other ingredients are added to the boiling hot broth as you eat. We also got the footlong bao with roasted pork belly. It's a gimmick. The bread is crumbly and not hot. It's the same pork belly, but with a heavy hoisin sauce flavor and an slight assortment of vegetables. Overall, we didn't like what we got, and it was expensive $52 for the regular bowls. It would be different if the noodles were chewier. It takes time to make handmade noodles so that they are the right texture, and better quality than the kind you buy at the store. read more

Ambience was pretty calm and quiet when we came. The workers were really nice. They let me sample all the broths before choosing one. I decided to kind of make a kind PHO noodle because I wanted something lighter. It was pretty cool to be able to add whatever toppings I wanted. I just had to be careful and make sure whatever toppings I added matched the rest of my meal haha PS the tables have little cooktops to keep the noodles warm and also cook any raw meats you may have in your broth. Giant portions, many fresh options, vegan friendly with protein noodles and tofu for two of us, in flavorful and perfectly heated Thai Yum broth. We added a fabulous fresh mushroom medley which was a treat. Hubs ordered a giant fried rice bowl, which took just a few more minutes, with poached chicken. He ended up adding Sriracha after a few bites, finding it not as well spiced as our food. The place was spotless and comfortable, with in table warmers and easy parking. We did struggle a tiny bit to be understood and to understand, but a little time and patience paid off. We had the pork belly bao. The pork was a little dry and lacked that overall salted brine flavor that I've experienced at other Chinese restaurants. The bao is really dependent on the sauce to put it together. The gyoza wasn't bad but it didn't really stand out. Instead of gyoza sauce, it was plain soy sauce. The service was great. The gentleman helped us with questions about the menu and fulfilled our requests. Food came out really quick. Ambiance was a dim natural light with red tones coming from the paper lanterns above. Picked up my order and was very happy that boxes were conscientiously packed to make sure noodles do not get over cooked and no spills would happen that might take away from the chef's vision. However... I ordered just a regular Tonkotsu ramen...nothing added, nothing taken away. Instead I get jalapeños that I did not order. I told the server that I did not order jalapeños. She says that it is separated from everything and it's not touching any of the other food. As you can see from the picture below, it's certainly touching everything. In turn, all my toppings including my ramen were spicy. I don't mind spicy if I wanted spicy. I had to throw the ramen away. The tonkatsu broth was also a tad salty... but I probably would not have minded that if I had noodles to eat with it. read more

Let me first start off by saying I LOVE the concept with the ramen on tap and build your own bowl (also huge fan of Jet Tila!)- I just wish it was better executed. One example is for the meat they use (which is frozen totally fine), but when placed in the broth it basically became meat scum in the broth and ruined the taste. A lot of the toppings diluted the broth as well, so it was difficult to have a clear taste. The fire noodles taste was a little off imo (and my bf and I love spicy). Even with these things we would've rated it at 3/5, just because it didn't fit our tastes. The nail on the coffin was the foot long bao. It was cut even before we got it which was a little disappointing (the presentation just became off), but the dough/bao bun was more of a bao/focaccia bread. It was pretty difficult to eat, so we basically just ate the inside. The staff were very nice and I love the interior design with the burners at the table, but the food just really missed the mark for me. i would love for it to improve and then maybe I would consider going back. read more

The young lady said she would get it ready in two minutes. When I got home it was missing the pork meat and the boiled egg. The main ingredient of the order! Not coming back. Ordered Birria Ramen ended up getting short red udon so it was not as pictured. Noodles were short sized. Over cooked. The broth and the birria flavour were ok a bit too spicy. Eggs costed $3.76 and over cooked. Rice cakes wasn't if cooked. On the positive note the nori was good. Ordered Tonkatsu noodles with pork belly the soup was sour for some reason. The garlic oil was stale so we know it wasn't fresh. Fountain drink was disappointing, out of everything but coke. And it was very ver watered down. Someone didn't calibrate it correctly. And was charged $7.76 for 2 drinks. They don't have Togo cups either. Overall: I would never be coming back to this place again! Cashless place, so bring a card! read more
