    Pork Bao
    Daniel G.

The service here was fantastic. Great service when ordering and answering any questions I had. The decor inside is very nice and holds the dragon tiger theme well. It might have been an issue of timing on my part as I got three around 1215 but when I got there all the front tables unoccupied had used bowls on them. I ordered the birria ramen, the birria burrito and the pork bao. I found the bao bun to be stale around the edges and the dragon sauce a bit over powering for the pork. I found the mozzarella cheese to be an odd choice birria burrito. I think it was chosen to be more neutral than a Mexican or jack cheese, but it doesn't add anything. I liked the fire noodle ramen inside but the bamboo shoots didn't add much. I found the taste of birria meat to be on the bland side. For the Birria ramen, I thought the udon noodles were alright, kind of right in the middle. There was a lot of birria meat but again not the most favorable. The beef birria broth was delicious. Overall I felt like the food was good and filling but the issues knock it down a star for me.

I ordered the large portion and it was huge. You get to cook the meat yourself so I would just give the viewer a heads up that it mainly cooks in the center of the stove and not the edges. The food and broth were well flavored. The seating area wasn't the largest but we did not have to wait to be seated. The food is ordered at the counter.

Cool concept - reminds me of a Chipotle for ramen; you choose your noodle, broth, and protein followed by toppings. The portions are decently sized and we ended up with leftovers. In addition to the ramen, we shared chicken wings which were lightly breaded and fried, not too greasy, and flavorful; note it takes about 15 minutes for them to be prepared. I had the housemade ramen in tonkotsu broth with braised pork belly and a mixture of veggies as toppings; definitely recommend adding the garlic oil because it adds a nice flavor. My husband had the housemade ramen with Hokkaido beef broth and pork belly and rare beef plus veggies and spicy garlic oil which he enjoyed. It's not the best ramen I've had, but it definitely hit the spot, was tasty, and I enjoyed the concept of a fast customizable ramen.

Great broth and amazing flavors. Loved that I could pick what I wanted. Love the jammy eggs and awesome pork belly.

I tried the regular size build your own ramen with Fire Noodle, tonkotsu Broth, pork Belly, Garlic Chips, Garlic Oil, and Nori. The ramen was very good and the regular size was large enough that I didn't finish it all.

So good, forgot to take a before pic!

The food was awesome and the service was top notch. The ambiance was a modern Japan style restaurant and felt really nice.

This was across from the hotel we were staying at the kids wanted ramen to eat so we decided to try it. For once I didn't look up reviews and was pleasantly surprised. So it is small inside, not good for large groups. The concept is really cool you build your own ramen bowl. They have different types of noodles, broth, proteins, and toppings. The guy at the front was very patient with my kids as I let them order for themselves. My daughter got udon noodles, pork broth, no protein, and fish cake. My son got spicy udon noodles chicken broth, pork belly, and fish cake. I ordered the large bowl, with spicy ramen noodles, pork broth, mushrooms as a protein, bok choy, fish cake, ramen egg, and kimchi on the side. My husband wasn't too hungry just got wings and takoyaki. The noodles are fresh made and individually packaged. Broth is on tap. The mushrooms are an assortment and they are stored separately from the rest of the protein. All the toppings look fresh. The kimchi is store bought, not made in house. We all enjoyed our food. Noodles are well made all the broths were flavorful. Husband said wings were amazing. Takoyaki was just okay cooked well not seasoned much. My kids liked being able to build their own bowl. If we are back in Henderson, we will definitely be back.

We've been meaning to get to Dragon noodle for quite some time and finally got there. When we arrived it wasn't very busy, the staff greeted us as we walked in. Since it was our first time we probably would have enjoyed being asked if we needed help but it was pretty self explanatory so I'll give them a pass . We ordered , a bowl of udon, some Korean wings and the pork bao. The bowl was made in front of us and everything looked fresh. The spicy udon noodles were good and definitely added flavor to the beef broth. I added the raw beef slices and they cooked in the broth perfectly. The wings were ok , the Korean sticky wasn't our favorite but the wings were cooked well. The pork bao was a little disappointing, the meat was very sweet and the bun was a little soggy. Nothing to make it inedible but a let down. Overall very happy with the meal and will definitely return for some more udon for sure. Thanks Jet

I also love that there are games for the kiddos inside, which makes it an easy family-friendly spot where everyone can enjoy themselves. The cheese had already congealed into a rubbery texture and it also lacked sauce. When I carried it out (only eight minutes past the order time) it was barely lukewarm. This was at 5pm and the restaurant was completely empty except for another couple who was also grabbing takeout that they preordered. It's obvious that they made the pizza in advance and it sat for a long time. That's my guess as no one in their right mind would rate what we received as 5-star pizza. My 10 year old son remarked that we should have just baked a frozen pizza as that tastes better and doesn't cost $70. If my experience is any indication of what others can expect to receive, I'd avoid this spot. There's no excuse to not serve fresh pizza when the restaurant didn't have one customer inside. In summary, this place was a huge disappointment. I'm giving them 2 stars since the place looked pretty clean and was well lit.

I watched 3 employees go in there. I went to see. No one picked it up. It looks like the toilet hasn't been cleaned in forever. Ew! There were nasty looking rags on the floor around this big industrial air conditioner. It was very unappetizing. Then, why do we have junk chairs and basically garbage just stacked against the wall? Who owns this place and why are we okay with that? By the way, the wet floor around that is a hazard. The kitchen aesthetically looked awful and amateur. In the main dining room there are boxes stacked that contain cooking oil. I'd never bring anyone here if I had out of town guests. It's embarrassing. They were even out of lids for drinks. Who does the ordering? Is there even a manager? My kids have all worked fast food, and I'm glad they didn't get their training at a place like this. It has so much potential. Perhaps, all of this is why we only saw one other customer the whole time we were in there. Sad establishment. I'd only go back maybe because of the food and service. Do better!

Flavorful and no spice. The fried batter mimicked a light tempura batter, which I quite enjoyed. You could also taste that their frying oil was very clean. Another much appreciated detail! The sauces were also pleasant, flavorful, and not spicy. Our order came with two sauces: ketchup and a sauce that was a lot like Thousand Island dressing, which was my personal favorite. I must have missed it since I tried Top Sushi & Oyster 2 next door a few months before then. That helped me find this spot pretty easily, and fortunately there was plenty of parking in the off-peak mid-afternoon. This is a sit-down establishment unless you're ordering takeout, so sit down, relax, and enjoy the music which I almost didn't recognize at all but is probably some sort of 2010s-present American since I finally heard a Panic at the Disco track near meal's end. I went with the Original Banban Chicken ($31.00), which is only available as the whole chicken size. But with a Banban order, you can get half not sauced and half tossed in your sauce of choice. I chose Signature per my friend's recommendation and enjoyed it a lot. It's sweet, mildly spicy (basically not at all for me, and I'm sensitive), and garlicky, and they coat the chicken in enough of it that you can dip the exposed surfaces post-bite to get consistent sauce flavor. The chicken itself is great. The skin is crispy and stays so on the regular pieces - better observed on the non-sauced pieces, but still present on sauced - and they intentionally cut and prep a separate piece of skin separately to give you one bite of the optimal texture. The meat is mostly juicy, especially that drumstick, although I may have had a slightly dry chicken oyster either due to overcooking or waiting. Oh, and the pickled radish cubes are really great for cleansing your palate between bites without using a beverage. I started off using them only after multiple bites, then wound up using the rest every other bite, and I still had several left over. If you do opt for a beverage though, the Mango Sparkling-Ade ($5.50) is a solid choice. It definitely tastes like mango and has some carbonation, and it isn't too sweet. I wish that the Hallabong wasn't out of stock though, as I really like citrus. They also offer complimentary iced water. Pelicana Chicken is a great choice for Korean fried chicken in a town where those kinds of places seem to vanish for some reason. I'll have to come back to try more sauces and maybe check out some of the other miscellaneous food options.
