Food: ebisu ramen with thick noodles and chicken karrage (5 piece). We went here because our favorite place was closed for the day. The noodle was cooked al dente but I didn't really care for such a creamy broth. The chicken was good though and the pieces large. Service: fast and friendly. If you are craving a local Ramen spot, look no further than Ramen Ebisu! Located within Green Valley Plaza, is this small family-owned Ramen place. They offer drinks, curry, and of course, Ramen! Our server was amazing and quite accommodating, shout to Ashley! The menu has quite an array of dishes, but my boyfriend and I ordered the Killer Spicy Miso Ramen and the Chicken Broth Wonton Ramen. I ordered my Ramen at a spice level of 5, which is the highest, and it was delicious! Not too spicy if you want to give it a go (I say that as my spice tolerance is really high LOL) Besides that, the Chicken Broth was really good according to my boyfriend! The shrimp wontons reminded him of Dim Sum. I would definitely check this place out, as this place is sort of a hidden gem! You'll have a great time here, just as we did!!

They still have upbeat Japanese music playing which just puts you in a good mood. The food is still delicious and came out quickly. When we want good ramen, this is always our first choice.
I usually get the Curry with rice and karragge it is amazing and not pictured. But this time I had the Fuji Fries and who would have thought that sour cream and sweet chili would be such a tasty combo! I dream of these fries. The gyoza was steamed and very good. The ramen was great! The spice levels are blurred but still very delicious.
The food was yummy! I got the karaage mayo bowl. All my friends got ramen and edamame and they liked everything. Very flavorful. The staff were friendly.
We don't have a lot of veggie ramen options in Vegas so my wife and I were glad to find this location. Service was excellent and it's located next to Trader Joes and several other busy restaurants. We were quiet pleased with the dinner and here is what we ordered: Veggie Ramen: creamy and delicious broth! There were plenty of noodles and all of the veggies were fresh. Portions sizes were just right so no complaints. We prefer no ginger for next time since it was a bit too strong. Spicy Veggie Ramen: same as above but a bit spicer. Fuji Potatoes: crispy French fries with sour cream on top and drenched in sweet and sour sauce - what a great combo! Gyoza: can't go wrong here. Overall, great ramen joint and we will definitely be coming back. Hopefully there are more veggie appetizers next time!
Just a quick update to my prior review: this place is still SOOO good! I found myself in the neighborhood again and intended to try a different ramen this time, but I remembered the veggie being so good, I had to go for it again! It did not disappoint. Rich, delicious broth, lots of toppings, succulent kale noodles. Wow. Nice efficient service and cute shop.
I'd say pretty mid, nothing that will make you come back. Soup was good but just average, as locals we've tried better spots than this. I would say it's pretty pricey as well. Also do note most soups are pork based.

Service was ok although I think she was new because she forgot to give us our utensils. The food was just average although I'm Grateful they were still open although while we were there the waitress turn the signage to Close . So I think they close at 10:30pm
The rice curry was authentic tasting Japanese curry, but it lacked having beef cubes in the curry. It would also be nice if there were different levels of mild to extra hot. Nonetheless, the curry was a 5 out of 5. I got a taste of the tonkotsu broth and it was good, but could have been slightly hotter. The Matcha Parfait was uniquely different, but good. Aesthetically, it looks good in the glass it's served in, but I would have preferred it in a bowl, so I could more easily mix the ingredients. Our server, Shion, was friendly, helpful in recommendations and information, and attentive in her work. I would definitely be back again to try different items in their menu.
Service was very great! We were served quick and they moved the table to accommodate our large party. The eggs were well done but had an interesting sweet flavor, not something I'm personally a fan of but it was still great! The ramen was a good thickness and the broth was chicken broth and salty, much better than miso in my opinion. The place is very cute and well decorated, definitely a good stop on the way back from Vegas

This is a hidden gem on the east side of the valley! I went there on a Wednesday lunch time had about 6 tables One sweet girl working, the food is delicious! The service was excellent! The ambiance is very Japanese like, very quiet and enjoyable. I literally have not a single thing to say about this place except I will keep going back. The only negative is it'll be difficult to lose weight LOL I had a very delicious meal! 有難うございます

We heard some good things about Ramen Ebisu, a new ramen shop, that recently replaced another ramen shop. Never went to the old place, but we decided to try Ebisu. Ebisu is located in the same strip mall as Trader Joe's, to the right, at the corner. Walking in, the place is nicely decorated, very clean, and cozy. We went kind of late, so it was not very busy with 2 other tables with diners. Looking at the menu, they mostly have the usual ramen shop staples, not complaining at all, because we just love good ramen. Our server kindly greeted us, very cute girl, and super sweet! Absolutely no complaints about our service. Ordered chicken karaage, 2 miso ramen, and a Shio Tonkatsu ramen. The karaage arrived, and at first, I was skeptical, looking a little dark brown. I was thinking that it was going to be dry, but nope, it was crisp on the outside, and super juicy inside! Very good! The ramen arrived! We all commented amongst ourselves, that this may be the best ramen we've had since we moved to Henderson, 4 years ago. We also go to Japan, and I really don't think anywhere can beat Japan ramen, but this was right up there! My tonkatsu shio broth was rich and flavorful! Lots of thinly sliced chashu, bamboo shoots, ramen egg, and thin noodles, which was cooked perfectly al dente! This week be our go-to Ramen spot and encourage those looking for a very good bowl of hot, tasty, Japan quality ramen, go check out Ramen Ebisu! read more

Tried out this ramen spot recently and will be back! I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The broth was so rich and flavorful, and all the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. I added corn, and the bowl itself came with spicy ground meat, green onion, kikurage, and pork chashu. I also swapped the thin noodles for thick noodles, and my girlfriend and I both agreed that the thicker noodles were better if you enjoy a chewier bite! My girlfriend got the Black Garlic Tonkotsu and she enjoyed it. The quality of the food for the price was excellent. If I had to make one small critique, it would be that the pork chashu was a little on the thin side. Still tasty, just would've loved a thicker cut. All in all, this place is a great spot. Bonus points for the speed and the service! read more

Ramen Ebisu is solid. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth was comforting, and the egg... oh man, the egg! Hands down the best ramen egg I've had anywhere in Vegas. Creamy, rich, and absolute perfection. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is friendly, and there's plenty of space so you never feel cramped. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu level 2 on spice, I could have easily went up a few notches. I also ordered a few more of the eggs to add to it, those are my favorite. It was absolutely sooooo good! I was so full I tried to finish it. Very good portion size. I also enjoyed happy hour Sapporo draft. Friendly service upon entering, and attentive. Will be back & have already recommended. 2nd time here because I was craving Takoyaki and theirs is one of the best I've tasted! Since it was a hot day, i tried their cold ramen, served with kale noodles, corn, some veggies and creamy broth with sesame oil. It was good, a bit spicy, though next time i'll ask one level up spicy . So, the broth was creamy and rich, it tasted like a peanut sauce... if you like peanut sauce you'll like this! Plant based broth! Stopped by this authentic Japanese Ramen restaurant on my way to Trader Joe's. The restaurant was pretty quiet and the ticket time was fast! I'm still trying to identify all the bold flavors in this creamy broth but what I wi share is this place is a must try! Ambiance: typical ramen spot. Japenese theme and semi small location. They got the Jpop tunes on. Service: the lady is the server l, cashier and busser. Food: I got the ebisu ramen. I like the noodles, they are more on the firm side. The soup isn't too hot even if it's on a very cold day. I would prefer it to be a tad warmer. Overall. Yummy. read more

Love the vibe....service was friendly ...didn't enjoy my spicy veggie ramen. The broth was so thick and like pasty. Not sure if it was made wrong or not. But I've never had ramen with such a thick broth so I didn't finish that dish. My son loved his edamame :-) read more

Dec 2024 This small restaurant packs a punch. It only has about ten 2 tops for seating but the food is extremely good. The flavors are intense and ramen is perfect for the cold nights. Only about 7 ramen options and 9 sides and i want to try more of them. Maze men didn't have broth and was a great noodle dish. The spicy tonkotu hit the spot and the wings were super crispy and delicious! Great spot read more

Got their tonkotsu and spicy miso. Both were really really good! This spot is literally a hidden gem! It felt like I was transported to Japan. The staff were in Japan gear and they really brought out the Japan magic spell that makes the food taste more delicious. The bowls were well portioned and priced. I liked how they had the thinner ramen which is similar to ones in Japan. Broth was perfect, not too salty. Very friendly staff. They always checked up on us. Fast service. read more
