He spent about the next 90 minutes walking around the house with me showing me his infrared camera and energy leaks. He was able to show that the builder never caulked our windows and that was a major energy loss for the home he made very sound suggestions to solve the problem. He was able to show the temperature differences between leaks and non leaks.. wow were they drastic.. Last 20 minutes was The Whole house blower test and we were able to identify additional leaks and gave us ethe reading on how energy efficient the house is... I was glad to see the number as it wasn't as bad as I was expecting.. The big difference between the extremely expensive home energy efficiency companies and art is his report isn't as thorough as them though it is thorough enough to understand the pictures he does include in the report. Extremely pleased with art and the service he provides..

Noticeable paint chipping off building after 2 coats and employee was heard to be saying that "they" meaning tenants and or landlord were picking paint off around windows. No proper direction given to employee from owner of company. No communication given to landlord when they were showing up. This company is unsat. Tons of pictures have been taken.
