Then they scratched my rims happening the bolts and acted as if it was already there. They did not have the pair of tires I needed so I needed up leaving with only one tire. The tire they gave me was terrible, the next tire place had to replace that one too. To top everything off they tightened my wheel locks so much that when the new tire guy when to remove it, it snapped. I saw that they were busy and the stalls were full. I wondered if they were too busy to help me. But Augustin, the manager, listened to me, saw my angst, and called over Cesar, who was very helpful. My car was up on the lift in 20 minutes. I went over to look under the car also. Cesar and another mechanic soon found the problem and fixed it.
