I purchase the $200 package knowing that it was going to take some detail work to clean everything and get all the bugs splatter off. Not the best with attention to detail. I understand that they're busy but I figured the $200 package would buy the right for them to take the time. Customer service said it will be 30-40 mins. It was done in 20. I get home and noticed there was a good amount missed on the front bumper and left and right lights. Also on the inside the dressing used seemed like was done in a rush. The back seats weren't wiped down. There was still spots of crumbs and marks from my kids that could be easily wiped off. There was spot where they treated and spots you can tell that was missing. The back trunk rubber trunk mat wasn't taken out and cleaned. $200 was a mistake to spend here.

very disappointing and unfair business practice…read more i've been a member for over 3 years. after changing my vehicle, they told me i have to buy a new membership and are keeping the value of the unused days i already paid for. if you cancel my membership, you should not keep money for services you are no longer providing. i asked for a fair solution, such as transferring the membership or providing a prorated credit/refund, but instead i was simply told to buy another membership. this is not how you treat a loyal customer. i strongly recommend people think twice before signing up for a membership here

This was my first time using Berto's Detailing, and I understand why they have such strong ratings…read more I brought in our white car after it had been covered in dried, sticky berries from a tree. The residue was extremely difficult to remove, and the car had not been fully detailed in about two years. For a quoted price of $250, Berto's team removed all the hardened berry buildup from the roof and completed a full interior and exterior detail. The results were excellent and well worth the price. During my inspection, which Berto personally asked to observe to ensure I was satisfied, I noticed a section of white paint (approximately 2 x 3 cm) on the roof had been accidentally lifted during the berry removal, exposing the black layer underneath. It was clear they had tried to paint over it with white paint to make it less noticeable, but it was at risk for further peeling and a drop of the white paint had dripped onto the surrounding black trim. Berto immediately asked how he could make it right. He handled it professionally. He made the detailing complimentary, took the car to his auto body shop, matched the paint using the VIN, and fully repainted the affected top panel. The repair took two days and was generously scheduled around our work commute. He also offered to pay for a rental car, though we did not need one. Given the condition of the car and how long the berries had been left on, I recognize the job was unusually challenging. What stands out is that Berto took full responsibility and corrected the issue completely. I would return and recommend his team without hesitation.

Quick Quack isn't cheap, nor that great of a value but we only use it when I'm a rush and it's on the way. We got a one-time wash, and they wrote on our windshield. When pulling in we noticed that this location has two lines, and that everyone was only in the right lane. The employee came up to spray the car barely hit our car. It was basically a light sprtiz. Then going through the car wash it was as if they just poured the cleaner and the water on our car. The brushes did nothing. When exiting the car wash, it didn't even remove the markings that the employee wrote on our car. Our car did *not* look clean whatsoever. We paid for a service that we never received. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

We bring 3 cars here almost once a week on a monthly subscription. I've also started using their detailing services in the last couple of years. My only concern is I've heard rumors from friends that Auto Pride may be moving to a machine wash system. Not a fan of machine washed cars. It's the only hand wash car business in the mid-peninsula that I know of. It will be a sad day if Auto Pride moves to a machine washing or touchless system. I'm hoping not to go back to washing my own cars.

Then another employee came over, spoke quickly, and my son--who did not understand what was being offered--said yes and took the receipt without realizing he had been switched to a much more expensive package. At the check stand it came to over $100. He did not receive a professional detail. We regularly pay that kind of money for an actual detail and this was not that. It was a basic car wash with an upsell tacked on after he had already agreed to the advertised wash. I understand businesses try to upsell. What I don't accept is doing it after the customer has already stated what they want, especially when the customer is not following the pitch. Once he agreed to the basic wash, that should have been the transaction. Auto Pride is a car wash, not a detailing shop. Charging detailing prices for a wash and relying on confusion to get there is taking advantage of people.

They pre-hose your car and do a quick brush before your car goes through the cleaning cycle. That is needed because the dirt won't necessarily come off if they didn't do that. At the end they hand wipe the entire car with cloth to dry all the windows and the entire car. The entire process took about 5-7 minutes. There was only one car ahead of us so we didn't have to wait. If you need a quick & basic car wash - this is a good deal.

He used an instrument to measure the clear coat on the hood and roof and confirmed that it was missing and would require repainting. Although I was unable to use his services for detailing the car right now, I appreciate how responsive he was to my messages and in coming to my place. He was very helpful in advising me how to protect the car and in arranging to get me a quote from a body shop to have sections of the car repainted. Juan is very meticulous and thoughtful and it's a huge plus that he provides his services at the customer's premises.
