However, I left the salon with hair color stained on my forehead, which wasn't great because I had a couple errands to run on my way home. I mentioned it to Laurin, and she apologized, said it would come off in a few days and that toothpaste could help remove it faster. She also said she'd make a note so it wouldn't happen again next time. Unfortunately, at my appointment on June 22, it happened again. This time, there was enough color on my skin that I was wiping it off with a napkin while still sitting in the chair. Even so, I later discovered additional staining on my forehead, ears, and neck when I got home. What disappoints me most is that I shared this feedback in the text message I received after my appointment and haven't heard from anyone since. Honestly, that's the part that surprised me. Mistakes happen, but after it happened a second time--especially after we had already discussed it during my first visit--I would have appreciated at least an acknowledgment or follow-up. I had to come back to have it fixed, and the replacement hair I purchased at the salon was poor quality, including pieces with a plastic backing. The beaded weft installation was very uncomfortable the beads were tightened so much that my scalp was extremely sore and even started bleeding. The entire process took around six hours to install 2 rows (which takes normally 1 hr to complete) while multiple other clients were being handled at the same time, which felt rushed and unprofessional. Overall, this experience left my hair and scalp in worse condition, and I would not recommend this salon. This place should honestly be closed down.

After a few hours in the chair, we were ready for the reveal. I love the results! Because I had previous dye too, the new dye didn't exactly match the old color but it isn't a drastically visible difference so I'll make it work lol. All in all, the professionalism & kind service Subin provided had me leaving satisfied. Service was $200 pre-gratuity. PS: It's located on the 2nd floor, right next to the escalator & elevators.
