This is my first ever Yelp review. I was driving around in the evening when all the sudden my front right tire sounded like I had a rock in it. I tried to fish it out, couldn't find anything. This was the only tire shop in the area open till 9pm. I showed up, employee immediately walks out and asks me what the problem is. I point to my car, he says "of course," as he was already walking towards it. I began to tell him that my front passenger tire sounded weird, and he finished my sentence -- "like it has a rock in it?" I was confused as to how he read my mind, but I nodded. He immediately began to work on the car, lifting it up with his rig, hands and knees in the dirt, and looks to me and solemnly says "Wires are exposed. They must be replaced." He got to work without another word, it took 15 minutes. He replaced my tire with a used tire. I asked how much it was, because he didn't tell me before. "$35." I asked if he was serious. "Too high?" He says. I drive away, car is perfect. I hope he wins the lottery. read more

They scratched my brand new rim and denied they did it and told me they balanced the tires they put on when I watched them the entire time and when another worker asked the guy if he balanced the tires he shook his head no. The damage to the brand new rim they caused will cost more than if I had just bought a new tire from a reputable shop. If you have nice rims you don't want scratched stay far far away from this shop. I have been to Jordan's three times with different issues. The first had to do with cold temperatures and a loss of air in my car's tire, releasing the bead. They re-inflated and sealed the tire for $10. Second: yesterday, long story short, they replaced my wife's flat, tire with the hole in the sidewall with a comparable tire for $15 when they originally told me $30. All I had was $15 due to #3... And, third: (see above) my wife's care was more important because of the mileage from Murfreesboro to Nashville so all I had on me was $15 thinking it was an easy fix. My Mustang's tire had a screw in the treads and I brought it to them the next day. They came out and checked the wheel, popped out the screw and said it never penetrated the tire - it was a small screw with a big head. They told me "thank you" and that I owed them nothing. I tried to slip them a $20 and was told "no" twice when I affirmed their answer. This is my go-to place for tire issues. read more

Had a nail in my tire and GMC said they'd patch it for free on the phone but then said it wasn't patchable and I needed 4 new tires after I dropped it off. Beware I called ahead and said open until 8pm. I get there at 645pm, he said closed but scoffed and said ok he'd mount and balance our new tires we brought in. We were trying to save money so bought brand new tires at walmart and came there to have cheap install and balance per the price I was given on the phone. I noticed he was changing the tires super fast, and I never saw any balancing going on, he was done and said ok done, I asked after he said done and tires on bolted one car, what about my balancing? He said oh just give 20.00 were closed now. I said they are not balanced? He said come back closed, we gotta go. He was trying too first charge for mounting and balancing if I didn't call him out on his shotty work. Do not go there, no reciepts, no cards taken, crooked place. read more

I was visiting in Murfreesboro from out-of-state when I discovered one of my tires was flat. I only had a couple of hours before I was scheduled to officiate my niece's wedding. I called up Jordan's Tires and asked if they could repair a flat very quickly. They told me to come on over. When I arrived they quickly took the tire off while the owner made me a cup of tea and sat and talked with me. A few minutes later they showed me that the tire was not repairable. The owner told me not to worry -- they could put a replacement on very quickly. Soon the car was ready to go, but when I went to settle the bill, the owner told me that the tire was his gift and offered his blessing on the wedding. That was two months and 2000 miles ago. These folks had an opportunity to take advantage of someone from out of town whom they knew they would probably never see again. Instead they went way out of their way to take care of me. I was told about this place by a friend so I gave it a try. I brought just my tire and my rim. The guy that helped me at the front counter was a jerk. He had such an attitude. Then he took my tire to the back to mount it on the rim and it seemed like two seconds later it was done. He came back out to ring me up and he was nice as pie. I guess I cought him in a bad mood. The service and price made up for that ten fold. This is my new tire shop from now on. I used to only go to empire tire in Plainfield but now thankfully I found a great tire shop closer to home. Got a flat tire while driving and this was the closest shop. This place sketched me out at first, but the middle-eastern man who owns the shop is VERY kind and hard-working. He works quickly.
