The last visit the staff disappeared into a closet and two people came in and stood there alone. A guy that didn't speak English came up front and the customers asked, "are you open"? Additionally, the one side I found I liked here at the chain is different at this location. The onion rings are terrible here. They are crappy panko versions that get soggy and nasty really fast. The prices have skyrocketed at this location as well. Since last time I was here the 3 pc combo had increased 25% from the prior visit. That's an insane increase! On top of that, the website doesn't work and the pics they posted on Yelp themselves show the old prices still. Hate that mess!! Love this fried chicken but probably done with this location. The restroom conditions are very hit and miss. At least the receipt printers at the fuel dispensers have very rarely failed me. They also sell Exxon-branded diesel fuel, fried chicken (Chester's), snacks, drinks, and a very limited selection of automotive supplies. As this is a very convenient stopping point, it can get really busy here. Be cautious of traffic congestion and impatient drivers.
