She's currently in rehab with frequent follow-up appointments with Dr. Noonan. He is very personable and communicates well with the family. He is just as engaged in the recovery as the surgery. They assured me this would be handled and that I wouldn't owe anything. However, when I arrived, they asked me to sign a form stating I would be responsible for any charges not covered by insurance. I refused, and they allowed me to cross that part out, which I appreciated. The issue escalated when they asked me to complete additional paperwork through their online portal. I was willing to sign the no-show policy, but I couldn't access that form without first agreeing to the financial responsibility form I had already declined. I explained this multiple times, but the front desk staff didn't seem to understand the concern. After going back and forth several times with no resolution, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, the process was frustrating and disorganized, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Doctor will not pay you $60 for being late. They should only take 1 patient per hour per doctor. Doctor ordered MRI for my knee I took the MRI. For the next follow up appointment, he was not aware of MRI and I had to ask him to review my MRI twice. He walked out the room to review MRI and came back in 30 minutes and says it's not too bad.
