Sold me a 2004 Ford Escape (used/as-is vehicle about 4 yrs ago) that was unsafe and had serious rust damage to body/undercarriage covered with tar that they DID NOT DISCLOSE. Entire body is rusting apart now (and I wash & wax my truck religiously). The tar fell off this winter exposing large holes that allowed exhaust to travel into the cabin of my truck, and I relied on this vehicle to transport my baby, which I didn't know was placing her at risk!! Now I can't even put her in it!! What kind of a horrid place does this?! My baby could have health problems after the exposure now! How about TELLING your customer about the damage! How about reporting repairs to car fax! How about some responsibility for customer safety! read more

I have to give credit where credit's due. This site is a valuable platform for communicating customer experiences to business operators. Case in point: my previous review of Jorgensen Ford. Tim Jorgensen personally contacted me to see what he could do to rectify their mistake. He apologized, simply admitted that one of his staff members had made a mistake, and asked me what he could do to make it right. I was floored. Since moving back to Michigan, I've found that it's rarer here than in other places of the country for people to admit that they made a mistake, and Tim's actions on behalf of his company was a breath of fresh air. So, just goes to show you that the squeaky wheel gets the oil. In my case, I squeaked, and I got ten free oil changes in exchange. Not a perfect world we live in, but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. I can recommend this car dealership in good faith. read more

I know... I know... going to a dealership and dealing with a salesperson is not anyone's idea of fun. So with that, I can only say that this place has a baseline of integrity. More importantly, Jorgensen Ford believes in supporting the community. To that standpoint, they are worth the five-star rating. Just moved back to the land o' Ford from the West Coast, and our beloved Focus needed a belated look over and oil change, post cross-country journey. After recalling that my Grandpa bought his last vehicle at Jorgensen Ford in the early '80s (a yellow Ford Fairmont!), my nostalgia and proximity to the dealership took me to their service department. So glad I trusted my gut. My toddler and I were greeted by extremely friendly employees, who offered to drive my vehicle over to the correct area (so I wouldn't have to load the kid back into the carseat) after I went to the wrong part of the building. We were guided to the proper section and helped there by a very nice young man. I wish that I'd gotten his name, but he didn't have a name tag on. Highest props for his awesomeness. My daughter liked that there were windows where the work was being done so she could watch. Definitely helped keep her occupied. The fun employees also were a great distraction to help the time pass quicker for her! We had a short wait for being a walk-in without any kind of an appointment, and were in and out in about an hour. Also, the entire place was very clean and bright. Very unusual to come across in all of the auto shops I've been in over the years. My only very small (and I mean tiny!) suggestion is that they up the ante and add something more than a pot of coffee with powdered creamer. It was nice to have water and coffee there, but it wasn't the best java. Guessing that there is probably a vending / coffee machine somewhere on the premises, but nothing in the waiting area where I was. I know, I know...it's a bit nitpicky and by no means changes any of the fantastic things, but it's something that would just be nice so I thought I'd mention it. Not a necessity. Every single employee that I came in contact with was ridiculously kind and I'd (hands down!) recommend Jorgensen to anyone looking to service their car. Definitely will trust them with all of our future business. When it comes time for us to purchase another vehicle, we will certainly come here as well. Thanks, guys! read more

I bought a 2016 fusion from here in July of 2016, which was a smooth process, however once the car started to have transmission problems was when it all went down hill. They have had my car or two months. When I first questioned them I was told they were waiting on ford to send the parts, then I was told they ordered the wrong parts. at this point they have stopped communicating all together so I have to call them and wait on hold forever to get an update on my car. And even then I feel like I am being lied to since supousedly my car has been on the hoist for over two weeks. Whenever I question them they say it will be done in just a few days then when I call them out on it they give me the same bs line. Needless to say I DO T RECOMEND THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE read more

I have purchased or leased 3 cars from Jorgensen Ford now, and each transaction has been great. Tim Jorgensen took care of me himself the first time. They gave me a screaming deal and the process was quick and painless. The second time was the same. The third transaction took the better part of an entire day, but that wasn't their fault. They got my payment down to what I wanted, it just took a lot of finagling. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the finance guy. Vince was my salesman and was awesome. I've recommended Jorgensen to every person I know, and if I continue to get the same level of service, I will continue to do so. Thanks, guys! Took two days for the guys to let me know that my battery wasn't in fact dead. Didn't replace anything and still came out of pocket. That's fine I suppose. Asked them to look at my suspension cause my ride was unpleasurable and bumpy. Said they looked at it and test drove it and found no issues. Still riding around listening to a clatter and spring like disguist when I hit bumps. Usually the car is returned to you washed and usually there is a paper floor mat if someone rides your vehicle. Nope. Dirty car and super dirty floor mats. But hey my vehicle isn't the premium stuff anymore and no longer under bumper to bumper warranty. I get it. read more

They had my car for three weeks. Transmission issues since I purchase the car from them off the used car lot. Days after getting it back, same issues again. According to another dealership there are old codes on my car and in the ford system that clearly state there are parts needed to be changed to fix the issues and they did not follow through on them. They had more then three chances to solve my issues, before and after I Purchased the car. I was told by this dealership it was a ground wire that caused my shift problems, but codes say other wise. Service department and sale department, gave me no update or call back a lot during the 3 weeks they had my car. Beware of this dealership. read more

I had an incredible experience here and refer everyone I know to a specific person. Go see Catfish. My father works for Ford so I get flat pricing at any dealership I go to. I also work in finance, and prefer to work on the numbers side of things before choosing products. I didn't do any research on customer service before deciding what location to go to, I simply chose the dealership based on the location being convenient to work. I had the privilege of Catfish taking care of me. I was initially thrown off a bit by the nickname, but he's incredible. He helped me work on the finance side before choosing my car, and when I went out to choose the car, he went above and beyond. I liked a model that was pricier and had a sunroof, and asked him about the car based on where I live in Detroit. He advised against the car, not just because of the sunroof, but because that model will get stolen just for the tires. He directed me to another car that I am in love with. He helped me sincerely, and didn't take advantage of an easy situation to earn a higher commission. He gave me his cellphone number for anything I needed. A few months later, my car was stolen. I texted him late in the evening, and he texted me right back with the cell phone number of the guy who runs the repair shop, and told him to tell him he sent me. Same thing when I got rear ended on the highway. I texted him around 9pm, and he got back with me immediately and helped me set up the repair appointment. Catfish is soft spoken, kind, considerate, goes above and beyond, and is not salesy. I will follow him to any dealership he goes to. I trust him fully. I feel lucky I was able to work with him. If you are looking for a car, do yourself a favor and work with him. There's no one that will take better care of you. read more

They definitely stood behind their word on getting me in quickly for three recall issues and an additional service item I needed. I called ahead before the Labor Day Holiday to see if they could accommodate me after the Holiday. I showed up at the dealership and they took care of everything perfectly. I came in here yesterday with my husband at 5:15 P.M. we walked in to no one welcoming us, until one of the mechanics said "hey how ya doing"?. We spoke with someone on the phone about what we were interested in but honestly we were torn between Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram. So we spoke with Regina or Regine she was nice but likes to make sarcastic comments. We told her what we wanted but we wanted to know what is the difference between Ram and F150, she literally did not know the difference between the cars, the prices, and what it had come with. As a sales representative i will study my competitors, see what i can offer as a better deal and model for you to stay with us at Ford, but she wasnt doing that. We test drove a car the F150 STX LX and it was a basic car. It was dirty, the fuel was on low, the car was dusty, and when we came back, i felt after that it was being pushed on us to lease it at that moment. When she figured out that we arent sold on it yet, instead of educating the consumer about the company your working for, if you are passionate about ford and know what you are talking about than you would sell me on that car, she called the finance guy and even he didnt know what the difference between the cars were he said we should take the sport STX one, when we said we are torn between ram and F150 his face flipped. We were more eductaed on the models than her and the finance guy. You can tell we were being played, we left the dealer at 7. And she was just walking back n forth she kept taking her time on the computer and going to another room. People came after us and finished before us. We were hungry and we had other things to do. When we agreed to see the sport she said lets see if its available and there you go shes gone for 20 minutes we decided to leave, she didnt ask why she didnt call us back. She said oh okay. Like are you kidding me? So this whole time we wasted and in the end you guys werent going to sell us on anything because we mentioned RAM. If you are confident about what you are selling, you shouldnt get upset if a customer cant decide between two cars, your job is to sell me on the Ford F150 but looks like they werent educated or wanting to sell it to us. It was more like sign here, how much you wanna put down, we will have the car ready for you today. It was like pushing it down our throats rather than, letting us think about it first, talk it out, see why this ford will be good to us, but honestly after this experience i will NEVER purchase a Ford car. This dealership overall to me was horrible. If you dont know how to treat a customer, or get mad we mentioned another car company than, you need to work on customer service skills, and opinions that you may not like, but need to swallow. There are many other car companies. Show me whats unique about yours sell me on this car, but you guys didnt do that. What killed me is that you have all these people and maybe even the owner, who didnt even come ask how are we doing or what is going on. To sit and try to explain it. I really wanted the F150 but after this experience, after i felt our time was being wasted we just left. read more

I will not be going back to Jorgensen Ford. I initiated a deal with the used car sales for a 2016 Ecoboost Mustang. The photos looked awesome, the price was right, and it had a clean CarFax. The salesman (Jefferey) convinced me so much, I had him pick me up, with the intention of buying the car. When i arrived, I noticed immediately that the entire driver side had been repainted. There were several dings to the other side as well. I brought it to the manager's (Patrick Crowley) attention. He was very gruff and unfriendly. At this point, the manager admitted that the front bumper had been repaired from the car running into a ditch. That may explain the new un-matching front tire. They claim to be very transparent, yet they tried to cover up the fact that the car had been damaged, and repaired. Needless to say, I did not purchase the car. At this point, non of them cared at all that I was not happy. I had to take an Uber home which cost me $37. I asked for reimbursement, but I have heard nothing. It was one of the most disappointing car deals I have ever encountered. read more
