If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. But let me explain why... When it comes to dealerships, I'm extremely skeptical. I live in NC so when I located the car I had searched the internet for (color/gadgets/miles/price point) on their lot, I proceeded with caution as I gathered as much information as I could. I spoke with Joe the first time I called and he was very straightforward, matter of fact, and to the point. This was a plus but not enough to win my confidence. We agreed on a price and I must have called them 3 more times to flesh out questions I had as I thought of them. Each time they patiently answered my questions and helped me problem solve to overcome the challenges of a cross country purchase. When all was said and done, I got the car I wanted for the price we agreed on and not a penny more. The transaction was as straightforward as Joe was the first time we talked. I flew up to Detroit earlier than expected to expedite the purchase so the car was a little dusty when I showed up, but Joe hooked me up with some pocket change to get a nice car wash before hitting the road back to NC. A small gesture but it was consistent with the kind of customer service I'd been receiving from them long before they could tell if I was a serious buyer. Although I would advise any consumer to proceed with caution whenever buying a new/used vehicle, my experience with Sky Auto sales was an unexpected and refreshing reminder that legitimate businesses run by honest businessmen still do exist. If you look up their reviews on google, they have a ridiculously high rating, and again, I was skeptical about that at first, but I've come to realize that these guys do right and have earned every last 5 star review they've received. I got a great deal from Sky Auto on a 2014 F150. I was very pleased with the straightforward business practices, and notice the complete lack of pressure sales techniques. After the purchase, the vehicle had a small issue and, good to their word, they took the vehicle to a service-center and got the issue resolved for me. Everything they said they would do, they did, including after the sale! Two brothers operating this business clearly care about their business reputation and this shows in their business practices. Joe & Fred great to work with. I purchased a 2018 Infiniti Q50S, great car great price. About a week after I purchased the car I realized the XM radio would not work. I called them and Joe set me up with an appointment with one of their mechanics to see what was wrong. They found it needed a new shark fin antenna and a wire that was lose. I bought a new automobile from Sky Auto in January 2011. My experience was pretty good. The guys there were honest and honored our verbal price agreement. No last second charges or anything. They had a CD player installed for me since the vehicle I bought didn't have one when I looked at it. They will also do minor repairs on the vehicle before you buy, just make sure you negotiate that before you agree on a price. I would recommend this place to a friend but as with any used car make sure you either know your stuff or get it checked out by a third party before you buy. They also do a lot of on-line advertising on craigslist and autotrader. read more

Great deal! I got a Ford Escape in great condition at a price better than anyone else locally was offering. They were very honest about all my questions about the car, and didn't pressure me into the sale whatsoever. I'd been searching for just the right SUV for about two weeks, and was so impressed when I got there that I decided to buy the Escape that day. It's been several weeks, the Escape is great, and they were very good about following up with me so they could get me my title and put a new license plate on my car. Usually you have to hunt them down for support after a sale, but these guys said they know the value of repeat customers and referrals, and it shows. There's a reason they've been around for years when other used dealerships are going out of business. I'm a "car guy", having done everything from oil changes to dropping the transmission on my Mustang. Take it from me, this place is great, they don't sell junk cars, and this will be the first place I go for any future used cars. I live in Alabama and I found a Dodge Charger on Auto Trader on the internet at Sky Auto Sales. I was very hesitant about buying a car on line and that far away but it had everything I wanted with the lowest mileage I had found anywhere. So I called Sky Auto and talked with Fred. He was AWESOME!!! He sent me pictures of the car and a copy of the car fax and answered my questions every time I called him which was many days worth. I had to have it shipped and he found me the shipper with the lowest price. They were awesome to do business with and when the car arrived is was PERFECT!!! Just like he described it!!! I viewed over 400 all wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles on Auto Trader, approximately 20 were possibles for what I wanted, and 5 of those 20 were located on Sky Auto Sales lot. Fred showed us multiple cars, and we drove a few. Near closing time Fred had us take a Buick Rainier for a ride, everything I wanted! A slight set back at our local credit union was easily resolved when Fred spoke to them. When I picked the vehicle up a couple of days later, Fred had it shined and a couple of extras I did not expect. I just purchased my car from sky auto without stepping foot on the car lot or test driving. I live in Philadelphia and found the best deal on an 08 impala ss with only 26k miles. They sent me the Carfax history and gave me a warranty to help assure me that the car I was buying was as advertised. I had the car shipped to me and received it yesterday and the car is everything they assured me of! They whole process was very easy. I searched the whole U.S for this car and they had the best deal by far. I'm very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend them.
