Also, it's very spacious and a great way to get your steps in! I make it a goal to visit these shops every year on my birthday which happens to fall in December. Word to the wise: if you want to avoid crowds, it's best to go early and maybe even on a weekday. Most of the stores have really great prices and also some unique finds. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away. Having those extra stores there would've really set this place off for me, as being one of the best local hot spots!

No machine washing or dry cleaning!), I had to pass. I went with a dark blue rinse Curvy Skinny, which fit great and can be machine washed. Best of all, not only were they 40% off, they were BOGO free! Merry Christmas to me!! I love the way True's jeans fit, and if you follow the care instructions, they tend to last for years. Be advised that any of their machine washable jeans will fade (in color) over time, but the jeans themselves have withstood a great deal of wear & tear without actually tearing. However, the Dry Clean only black jeggings that I purchased @ 5 or 6 years ago, are still their original color and haven't faded one bit. I received very good service here. The sales rep helped me find my size, but there was only one pair in my size and I needed 2 (for the BOGO free). Another rep went to the back to find my second pair and I was good to go. This store has a variety of jeans, shirts, sweats, jackets, and belts. There are 2 dressing rooms and 2 cash registers. The only downside to my experience was that there was what appeared to be a staff meeting happening in the middle of the store (but with only some of the staff). They were kind of in the way and barely moved to allow patrons space to browse.

They opened in October 2024. I was here shortly after 11 on a Sunday morning and there were only a few customers in the store and all of the salespeople were helpful. It was a pleasure to shop here compared to West County Mall where it's so crowded you can't see anything. They do not have the active wear selection that the Offline store has but they have everything else. I'll be back here again and again!

They were marked the appropriate size, but the toe box is uncharacteristically narrow. The "factory store" wouldn't take them in exchange for a different pair, because I'd purchased them too long ago at Kohl's. I don't know the relationship between the store and the factory, but if it's truly manufacturer owned, then I don't understand why they wouldn't stand behind their brand. If they're not manufacturer owned, then their name is misleading. Either way, I found it disappointing, as a longtime Sketcher consumer, that the purported "factory outlet" wouldn't offer a trade for shoes which were clearly in new condition and uncharacteristically sized, causing pain. Incidentally, I offered these Sketchers to family members who wear the same size shoes, for free, and they were returned to me with comments that they didn't fit. This is disappointing and expensive. In my opinion, it is bad factory policy one way or another. Also, I purchased 3 new pairs of shoes at that visit. Normally I go to Rack Room shoes for my sneakers but when I saw an actual Skechers store it made sense to go there since I was buying brand specific. Since stores like Rack Room carry so many brands their inventory is limited so it was great to go to an actual Skechers and see all they have to offer. They have everything from sneakers to dress shoes and everything in between. One of the best surprises was the slip on options. Denim, leather, pleather all in a variety of colors. I'm glad I found this place.
