Instead, when I picked it up, the suit was extremely wrinkled and looked like it had not been properly pressed or finished at all. The whole purpose of paying for dry cleaning is to have clothing returned in better condition than when it was dropped off. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. For the price charged and the expectations of professional garment care, I expected much better attention to detail. I would not recommend this dry cleaner based on my experience and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I bought my silk dress in & the guys says they can take off the 5 inches I request off. He also tells me that they will call me when it's ready and I can only pay in cash for alterations. So a week and a half goes by and I call oNe price and the man is like oh yea it's ready for pick up, and I'm like ughhh well no one called me. But it's fine I pick up and paid $18 in cash and had to ask for a plastic cover the guy at counter stated it's not provided for alterations only‍. Well I needed one so he provided one, this place is near my home and I would definitely go back as needed.

I have noted under the new management, the price has increased twice! The lastest increase occurred during the current COVID pandemic! When I inquired about this increase, the owner stated it was because they changed off-site dry cleaning plants and the new one was more expensive! I also noticed on my receipt that they pass on their service fee when using your credit card with their Clover POS system! When I inquired about the service fee, the owner stated it was always there, even under previous management! I disagreed and told him I had reviewed prior receipts once I saw it on my most recent receipt! He claimed that it was baked into a higher tax at 9% vs 7.25%... Is that even legal? When I reviewed my old receipts again, there was no such upcharge in sales tax! During the visit, and while bringing this to his attention, he was quite defensive and told me that my questioning and tone was out of order! I informed him that as a customer, I had every right to question that for which I was being charged! And further, why is he not making his customers aware that this fee is being included on their bill? He stated, "it's on there, right in from of your face!" And when I asked why prices are not posted in clear view for customers to see BEFORE he rings in the items to be dry cleaned? He stated "it's here (over the cash register pointing in the opposite direction) behind the counter!" Again, he was quite upset by my line of questioning, and stated he wished to refuse me service of my mom's items because of my tone of voice, and accused me of yelling at him and complaining! False! I explained to him that I don't believe it was my tone of voice that was at issue, but instead it was my line of questioning and my reaction to his in substantial, illogical responses and his "superb" customer service! Such business practices were never an issue under prior management! One price meant just that... one price! Any cost and fee for additional services rendered was posted and clearly communicated BEFORE you were charged! I have since contacted and made inquiries regarding the same with the BBB!

I brought in a pink suit jacket and matching pants that I wanted altered for a more modern look. I wanted the pants tapered and shortened to an ankle length, and I was very specific about the style I was trying to achieve. In the past, I've had alterations done where the hems weren't crisp or too much fabric was removed, leaving the garment looking obviously altered. This experience was completely different. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered it perfectly. The finished suit looks as though it was designed and purchased that way from the start. The tailoring is clean, professional, and precise. If you're looking for someone who pays attention to detail and truly listens to her customers, I highly recommend Lily's Cleaners & Alterations.

In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

The second load equally as bad. I am not sure if they are just folding the dirty clothes or washing them with water. They do not look or smell clean. I had to redo now two loads, defeating the purpose entirely. The cost was definitely not worth as I had to redo it twice. The costumer services was minimal almost inexistent. Please go local instead.
