They were extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and brands and did all the hard work for us. The staff helped my mom change, they gave her honest feedback and hyped her up when the dress looked good on her. They set the scene and helped her envision herself in the dress on wedding day by playing with different lighting options. We found a stunning dress for about $500. I saw dresses ranging from $250-$900. I think that some of the dresses there were worth the price, but others look super cheap and are falling apart. But the staff is honest enough to tell you which dresses those are. I will consider this location for my formal wear needs going forward! The only feedback I have is that when it comes to dresses that they have online or in their catalog. Let's say you want to order a dress in a color or size they don't have in the store. Once you order it, you can't return or exchange the dress. That's unsettling to me because depending on the color or the stretch of a dress, it may look completely different in person. I understand final sale, but I think there's value in allowing exchanges for store credit.

She kept following me around the store and I would've liked her to just step back and let me look without any pressure. And when I got a dress she took it away from me and took it to the changing area. When I approached the area she took it off the hanger to try on, which is fine BUT when I asked her how much the dress was again she got another hanger that was not the one my dress was hanging on and gave me the price of $89 when the dress was $59 (the prices are marked on the hanger). So be very careful when you pull a dress, look at the price before they take it from you to hold. Cause they might change hangers and give you a higher price than what it originally was. I did not take the dress and after I told her it was too expensive she did try to cut me a deal but I still didn't take it. There were other people there negotiating prices and it sounded like the staff was giving them discounts. So you might want to ask for a deal. She was able to figure out how to alter the gowns so they looked like they were made for us! She also went above and beyond to design a bow for my gown-which I wasn't sure was possible given that I didn't have the original fabric of the gown and wasn't sure if I could get it in time. She quickly came up with a design (and even had the fabric for it) that worked beautifully! The bow was also much less expensive than what the designer quoted me! I received a call moments ago informing me that although I was the first to book my appointment for this Saturday, I am now being asked to move my time to 1:30 PM due to the size of my party. This is incredibly upsetting. If I secured my appointment first, I do not understand why I am the one being asked to adjust rather than accommodating later bookings accordingly. That decision feels both unfair and dismissive of my time and planning. What makes this even more disheartening is that I have family, including my aunt, traveling in from out of town specifically for this appointment. Receiving this type of notice on a Thursday afternoon leaves me with virtually no reasonable opportunity to secure another bridal salon that can accommodate us on such short notice. This experience has been deeply frustrating and has added unnecessary stress to what should be a very special and meaningful moment in my wedding journey. I expected better consideration, communication, and respect for my original booking.
