I will say that I was approached a little rudely by one of the sales ladies who made a comment about what I could or couldn't bring into the rooms to try on some clothes. I was in the store for approximately 30 minutes. The store was not crowded at all (there was exactly 1 other customer at one point. The two salespersons both happily chatted with her). I received ZERO customer service; I literally sifted through stacks of pants looking for my size (I was not even in the sales section, so there was no excuse for having to sift), and helped myself to a fitting room, only to finally make it to the checkout counter where the cashier still could not be bothered to greet me or even look me in the eye. At that point I told her I was not purchasing anything and explained to her exactly why. She still did not greet me or apologize but stood there looking like a cross between dumbfounded and unbothered. I told her I've been in that exact store dozens of times and have never been ignored like that. Good bye AT! I don't do poor customer service. They were apologetic and forwarded my concern to the regional VP, district manager and store manager. The store manager and district manager have since reached out. My order arrived on Thursday in such a damaged state that the building concierge emailed me to documented that the package arrived "open". A fool stuffed the 24 leggings into 1 unpadded plastic bag!!! The plastic bag had burst in two with a huge rip and gap with the legging falling out! The fool had not bothered the wrap the 24 leggings in protective plastic and not even bothered to put the leggings into a protective outer plastic bag. I don't know how many leggings fell out and were put back into the package and whether the entire package was rifled through and/or ransacked. The package and its contents are unsanitary. The postman delivered the package to the concierge with in the package in a postal bin because the items were falling out of the package! I filled out the online form twice with no response. I followed up with a detailed email. I called several times today and there is no human answering. Just a dinky 80s style answering machine asking you to leave a voicemail. I commented on Danskin's Facebook page and my comments were deleted which is very telling. Danskin's customer service stinks like a sewer!!! I had been a loyal customer but now I am a customer disgusted with Danskin's warehouse and customer service! Dawn G's comments are spot-on and correct, "Nobody (at Danskin) responded to messages, emails or calls."

The only thing is the price range. Gah. Sweet clothing, but man do you pay for it. The key is to come in serendipitously, like I did, during a sale. The girl working right after the holidays right before closing hours was really personable and helpful, despite her latenight shift endured completely on her own.
