If you're a fit man looking for a truly custom suit, I'd strongly recommend going elsewhere. My best friend and her fiancé spent over $1,500 on a custom wedding suit and they have been extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Her fiancé has an athletic build with a slim waist, yet somehow a suit that was supposed to be custom-tailored still fit terribly. After three separate tailoring appointments, the alterations were never properly completed. Now, with their wedding only days away, we're all left stressed and scrambling to fix problems that should have been addressed months ago. For a custom suit at this price point, the final product looks sloppy and poorly fitted. What made the experience even worse was the lack of accountability from the staff. Despite the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress they caused, no real effort was made to make things right. Their solution was to send my best fiend and her fiancé to Men's Wearhouse to fix the issues they created. While the Men's Wearhouse staff were helpful, the experience has completely turned us all off from both stores. My best friend and her fiancé chose Joseph A. Bank expecting quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Instead, they received poor tailoring, poor customer service, and unnecessary wedding stress. Looking back, this is one of their biggest wedding regrets. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere--State & Liberty is where they wish they had gone from the start. read more

I have a party to look forward to and thought some new duds would be just the ticket. Unfortunately if your body doesn't look good in a "slim fit", this probably won't be the shop for you. If you want colors you're even more out of luck as there is very little choice of color that isn't light blue, lighter blue, black, or white. I have gone to mens wearhouse for my wedding and other formal wear needs before and have never had an experience there like I have had a Jos. A Bank assisted by Marcos. He is the man! All of the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to get fitted for a suit for a friends wedding and was able to customize it the whole nine yards. I have gotten shits at other places and the tailoring just didn't quite measure up (see what I did there). This suit fits me perfect, the lengths are perfect and everything feels comfortable and not too stuffy. Am definitely going back there instead of the other place for future needs. read more

We actually went to Mens Wearhouse first, and no one in there was remotely helpful - couldn't even tell us what the tailor could do or what size to start with. To: Mr. Douglas Ewert, CEO I recently visited your Palm Brach Gardens, FL location this past Friday as I was shopping the store became quit busy, to the point where the sales associate was unable to answer the phone because he was helping others. I myself working in customer service was almost "triggered" by how many times the telephone was ringing, I wanted to answer it for him. As he was helping everyone in the order they came in he greeted me with a smile and firm hand shake while apologizing for the wait and that he was the only one there. I've looked at your reviews at this location and they read very similar. This saddens me, and I'm sure it frustrates the person that is reading this on JoS.A.BANK's behalf. I know the hardships of finding good, honest people with integrity that are willing to work. Thankfully in Palm Beach Gardens you do have one such employee, Daris Marshall. I'm sure he was stressed that day and obviously other days as noted in previous reviews.. But he maintained his composure in a professional manner while wearing a smile on his face. We went last night to get my boyfriend a tux shirt for New Year's Eve. There were so many people in there that needed help and only one sales associate. He could not have possibly been nicer! He stepped away from the person he was helping to find my boyfriend's size so he could try on the shirt then quickly and efficiently helped the other people in line. He then stepped away again to find another size for us, all with a smile on his face. I give the sales associate 10 stars for being amazing but the store itself 1 because it was horribly disorganized, dirty and generally not a place I want to visit ever again. I wish I knew the salesman's name because he deserves a huge hug and probably a raise. read more

Wastes my money here and over paid. Bought some button down white shirts and they gave me 3 different sizes. Also bought a couple ties that were $80 and one wasn't even at the bottom and the other one ended pulling a bunch of threads and become a fuzzball. Also got some slacks and they got hemmed way to short. Overall not happy for spending close to $500 when everything was just a mess. Men's warehouse will be the next stop. read more

Let me say how impressed I was with the customer service at Jos A Bank in Palm Beach Gardens, Legacy Place. Everyone there was helpful. Starting with Kim who knew the current tux inventory from the top of her head, to James taking my son's jacket measurements, to helpful Tom with the rest of all the measuring and trying on. They were all a pleasure because they know what they are doing. Since the store is so popular with rentals, I thought I would have to purchase a tux for one evening, but Kim managed to point James to the last one available and they saved the day! When I picked up the tux, it was beautifully presented nice and neat with everything the was rented inside, the tie, handkerchief, cufflinks, socks and shoes. I was very impressed and I will never go anywhere else! TIP: If you need to rent a tux, visit the store a month in advance so you have more choices. Luckily they had a sensational Calvin Klein left that worked out in my situation so I can't complain. read more
