I desperately needed to find a last minute swimsuit that was work appropriate for the following morning and with this store being closer than Dick's with maybe an hour to spare before most stores began to close. I rushed over arriving around 8:15 PM when they have a 9 PM closing time. Due to it being so close to closing, there was only one set of doors that were working. I was politely greeted when I entered the store. There was a handful of guests in the store, wrapping up their purchases and asking questions. I was pleasantly surprised to see that swimwear was right at the entrance so I did not have to anxiously run around looking for the specific department I needed. I was looking for an athletic wear type of swim set (a top and shorts) and Kohl's offers a variety at different price points. They have a cute variety of Nike sets that are a bit on the pricier side. The store was fairly clean for it to be closing time. As I quickly (and maybe frantically due to time) scoured the clearance racks I had no issue locating correct sizes where they should be. Prices were clearly labeled on all items. Signage was easy to identify and navigate. I did try on a few items in the fitting room after gathering a few options. The fitting room was pretty clean. My check out experience was swift. Kohls is definitely a store I sleep on often but I've seen so many deals via email/social media lately I need to put it into my weekend shopping rotation. read more

Pretty dirty. Guaranteed that your eye ball will catch dust floating all in here. Service was terrible. Waited a while for service at Sephora and no one came. Sephora is a third of the other locations. Understaffed ghost town. Shelves are messy, less selection compared to other Kohls. Items were marked wrong. this store is extremely poorly run. went in today to do a return . first of all they have returns, amazon returns and purchases all using one line, rich is totally inefficient. Secondly the line was ridiculous at least 15 people waiting and lastly 2 people working registers. Due to the fact I had $10 in Kohl's cash with a same day expiration, I popped into Kohl's at Lake Park. I visited around noon on a Sunday and there was no crowd so it was a relaxing and peaceful experience. I was on a mission to purchase a gift off my list so I only visited two departments: Ladies and Men's. In the end, I used the certificate to purchase a very nice men's polo style shirt. The original price was $25, but it was on sale so in the end I came $2.13 out of pocket after the certificate redemption. The cashier who checked me out was extremely friendly and the store as well as the parking lot were very clean. I would shop here in the future. read more

This is a lovely little Kohl's off of Congress Ave, past Blue Heron. They have pleasant and helpful staff that greeted me upon arrival and departure all three times I visited! There are a wide selection of products and the clearance racks are better organized than the store in Murfreesboro, TN that I typically frequent! Making a return was super easy and fast! I just loved the shopping experience here!! My only complaint is that I wish the West entrance was better lit at night like the East entrance is. Thank you for the easy self-pickup system, too! So as far as the actual kohls- it's not typically busy, plenty of parking, and always a huge section of clearance items. As it's not a particularly busy location, there usually isn't a long wait to checkout. Fitting rooms are available, and left unlocked so you don't have to spend 30 minutes tracking down an employee which is great! No wait, no fuss, no annoyance. At least if you are going here to shop. Now I almost exclusively come here to do Amazon returns as they have an Amazon return station in the FAR BACK north west corner of the store. My biggest complaint is the west side entrance closer to the amazon return area is never open. Why would they lock the doors to a main entrance! WTF! I find this annoying and stupid. I get THEY want you walking through the whole store in hopes that you buy something, but as a customer, I'm angered by this sneaky tactic to get me to spend money I don't want to spend. Both entrances should always be open. Why bother having 2 if one is never open. It's Just so damn annoying that it makes me angry and I don't want to shop here just to spite them for the inconvenience. Oh, and you no longer get a $5 coupon with your Amazon return, it's now a 20% coupon which I'm not a fan of, so there's even less of a reason to actually shop when I have to go in to make an Amazon return. read more

I mostly come here to return things to Amazon. It's super easy. Just start your return on Amazon and make sure you have your QR code emailed to you. I have it pulled up on my phone before I go in. You don't need to bring in a box or label or anything, just bring the product by itself. When you go in the store, there's a big sign pointing where to go and the whole process takes less than a minute. Also, when you do this, you get a $5 coupon to use at Kohl's. As far as the store itself goes, I like the selection, and the Black Friday deals are good. You spend $50 and get $15 back to spend at the store. The prices are pretty good. Yesterday I got 6 nice big scented candles for $42. My husband loves their pants and we go there anytime he needs a new pair. I've gotten cute sandals there, too, along with sunglasses. It's definitely worth going to and checking out for the Black Friday deals and getting holiday shopping done! read more

I came in yesterday Sunday around 4 pm and I was checking out on the mens side. While I was checking out, I'm assuming that the manager was having a work related talk with the cashier girl named ken.... Something . It made things really uncomfortable. You don't have work related conversations in front of customers. It sounded like the employee doesn't do her job correctly and that's not for us to know. Once I gave the manager a look, she realized that it was better to wait until we left. These type of situations need to be talked about in the back office. read more

I love this store. But why when you go to customer service for anything they are in the back and act as if your are interrupting them. I hate to go there, they seem bothered when people come. they rush you out like an assembly line. and start talking to each-other before you even walk away.. Horrible I want to give it a -10 rating the cashier literally talked trash to my girl and I at this location! My girl tried to use a coupon and she told us that certain items didn't qualify for the coupon so she had to go get some more things and the cashier literally said "hurry up we close in three minutes!" I seriously thought she was kidding but she looked upset and put my girlfriend's other items in a bag and slammed them aside I had my own items I was going to buy and since one of them was a discounted item I knew it wasn't going to qualify for my coupon either so I went to grab another shirt and told her that I'd be right back and to watch my others and she said "You know we bouts to close" I ignored her and ran and got my shirt. My lady and I came back to the line and there was another woman checking out and the cashier was being rude to her saying that her coupon wasn't eligible. She asked why and she responded "I don't know hun but it ain't" my girl looked at me and asked if we should just leave the woman in front of us ended up not being able to use her coupon at all but still bought. My girl was next and got the qualifying items and then scanned her coupon and the cashier started scratching herself n saying "Got damn I'm itchy today" she then told my girl that she couldn't use it." We asked why and she just said "I don't know but your stuff don't work" She then kept itching herself and asked if we were done because we were here passed closing my girl became very angry and told her she was extremely rude she laughed at my girl and said "No I ain't rude y'all stuff just don't work" the store manager or supervisor was standing right there watching the entire situation and did absolutely nothing I looked at and asked if she could do anything. My girlfriend said she was going to be calling Kohl's corporate and the cashier replied "It's okay my ass still gonna eat hunny even tho yo broke tail can't use yo coupon!" I became furious and told her to shut her mouth and ended up not doing my purchases however my girl still did hers. This cashier and its supervisor need to be fired for allowing this type of behavior to happen to customers. This store is disgusting! I will never shop at any Kohl's ever again read more
