Christine working at Clinique was the first person to acknowledge me throughout the entire beauty floor. Every other worker was on their phone or in private conversation with eachother. Christine greeted me, asked how she could help. After hearing what I was looking for she offered a product demonstration and helped me find the match for my skin tone. She did a great job of applying the products, explaining as she went. She took my 0 star experience up to a 4star. I'd give 5 if based solely on her. I personally would not make the trip to purchase my items from this beauty floor but I would consider coming back to purchase from Christine with Clinique.

I'm not sure what it is about J Crew, but most of my experiences there remind me of walking into an Abercrombie and Fitch as a teen and getting totally ignored. At this particular J Crew, which opened last fall at the Rosedale Mall, it's even worse. No one says hello and sales associates actively ignore you by folding clothes even more intently. When you actually purchase something, the sales associates come off as extremely disdainful. They don't maintain a decent stock either. Everytime I walk in, shelves are half empty and there are only size 0 or 14 of most items. The MOA J Crew is better stocked and has friendlier staff, but it's out of my way so I am stuck with you, crappy crappy Rosedale J Crew. I was in Minnesota a couple of weeks ago and went to a DXL store and it was like finding an oasis in the desert. I won't mention the name of the chain department store that supposedly had large Men's clothing but the selection and quality wasn't even comparable. As soon as I walked in the door I literally let out a sigh of relief. Once back in LA my store is a half mile from my house and I picked up some much needed items. I will from now on go to the store at the beginning of every season to buy something to keep me in style so my kids will leave me alone.

Cool colors The brand itself mostly focuses on black and white clothing as the name clearly suggests, and seasonally they choose one color and make clothing items in that featured color. 3. Women's only It is women's only clothing store and geared towards business professional women. You will find some jeans and T-shirts, but their style is not really laid back, and that is what I like about the brand. Their dresses and skirts almost always have POCKETS. That is a big deal for me. In other brands, you won't find pockets. Another thing about pockets is it is big enough my iphone plus sized phones fit just fine without looking bulky and weird. Their midi skirts and high heels are my favorites. I literally have every single one ever sold. And yes, almost half my closet is from this brand. Called the store to see if anything could be done over the phone to save me a trip back in, even though I used my Pennys credit card, gave rewards # you name it but no, I need to go back to store and inconvenience me even more and it was not my fault, they could care less, I ended up returning both pieces as I am feeling I don't want to give them business right now. They were not really even sorry after speaking with the manager. Shame on them

I was shocked to learn that from time of purchase to an appointment for delivery was over a week!As I waited for my delivery scheduled for the afternoon at 3:00 PM, a week later, the truck came at 1:30 PM! So after some chatting online about excuses I accepted another appointment for delivery. I was told I didn't pick up the phone when they called and my delivery would not happen this time either! I wasn't going to deal with liars and lazy people not to mention people not answering their phones and chats online to avoid talking to me as a customer. I think JC PENNY should just throw in the towel! I'm going to let EVERYONE I meet know about this ridiculous experience and I will never shop them again for the mere fact that they can't even deliver a loveseat to my apartment!
