I walk in and was greeted by a lady which seemed to be genuine. When I told her I was just browsing, she turned around and started talking about me to the other lady that was working. Then another customer came in with her spouse, and they joined in. When I moved into the dressing room, they got even more vocal. After I tried on my clothes, I asked the sales attendant if they had something in store that was XS in length. Instead of looking for me, she said very shortly, Online. She didn't even offer to help look for it. After that I decided, I won't be giving this store my service any longer. I HAVE NEVER, EVER, had an experience like this Or felt isolated and bullied to leave a store. I am just shocked by this experience. I go to that location often and this was the first time. I won't be going back.

It's located off the street in a non descript storefront but once you step inside, you know you're in a female friendly space. Ms Tina asked about the problems I was experiencing with my current fit and then literally sized me up. I went from a 40D to a customized 38G which fit like a glove. While she was busy providing the individualized fitting. I mused about the price, think it would be over $100 for each handmade brassiere so I was thrilled to hear the bras run under $75. Which is still a lot for a single bra compared to department store brands but the quality was outstanding. She explained how they are made and that you can also customize the look. I looked and felt like a brand new woman. So much so that I nabbed a sports bra on the way out. Plan to upgrade your wardrobe soon. You'll be glad you did.

The prices are comparable to the big box stores nearby but you can't beat the feeling of knowing you're helping out a small business instead of a corporation. I explained the situation to Amy who didn't care and told me they didn't have one and to walk to the end of the shopping center and go to this coffee shop. I explained I wouldn't make it and could I use the employee bathroom, she was just as callous and uncaring as before even when I told her I was about to have an accident. So I walked out with her calling after me about how she still had my online order, thinking for some reason I had time to pick up that when I could barely contain myself. I tried to drive there to cut down on time but still lost the battle before I made it to the bathroom she directed me to. Definitely not going to support this store anymore as apparently their employees care more about themselves and their rules than the wellbeing of their customers or even simple common courtesy and humane understanding.

Although due to Covid-19 the fitting rooms were unaccessible, I was assured if anything didn't fit right at home, I could bring it right back! (Even the clearance stuff) I brought nothing back.
