I check back about 5 weeks later and was told they hadn't gotten to them because they were backed up. I get a text at almost 7 weeks that they are ready. Pick them up & find the laces dirty, sole yellow & parts of the shoe falling apart/un glued. After a bunch of back-and-forth they agree to repair. They hold the shoes for ANOTHER 3 weeks (I keep calling and texting for update) only for them to tell me they can't repair. More back & forth and them promising to check with another repair shop just to get another message days later saying "it's not worth repairing" At this point it's been 11weeks of back & forth, we pick up the shoes because it's exhausting to keep trying and they couldn't even provide a refund.
