We are now already into August, and I still have not received my shoes or even a simple text letting me know there was a delay. Instead of continuing to wait, I decided to drive over myself to pick them up. Keep in mind, I live in Anaheim, so this was about a 35-minute drive for me. When I arrived, I was told my shoes STILL were not ready. Of course I was upset. At this point, it wasn't just about the delay it was the complete lack of communication and the fact that I was given a timeframe that wasn't honored. When he saw that I was upset, his response was basically that he could reimburse me. Seriously??? You've had my shoes since JUNE, I've been waiting all this time, and now that's the response? He then told me my shoes should be ready Wednesday, but couldn't even guarantee it. I made it very clear that they NEED to be ready. Whoever owns or manages this business seriously needs to address how customers are being treated and how orders are being handled. Delays happen, but keeping someone's property for this long without communicating is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend this place.
