My shoes were completely scuffed up and the nonslip lining I had done somewhere else was falling off. They cleaned up my shoes really nicely and refinished the leather so now my shoes look new! And I learned my lesson-now I'll get the nonslip lining there as well next time. Service was quick and reasonably priced. I previously had them completely repair a pair of patent leather heels when the heel of my shoe got stuck in a grate. They ordered the leather direct from Louboutin and re-wrapped the heel. They have one of the lowest ratings overall of any store in Corona Del Mar at 2 1/2 stars and more 1 star ratings than any business I can find on yelp that does motorcycle jacket and boot repair. Does this man not understand that when so many people say that he is rude that maybe he really is the problem? It's the exact same story over and over again. He is rude when you come in he is rude when you leave and he doesn't do good work. You can get away with being a little bit rude if you do really good work, but they are subpar not even professionals as shown by all the photos of very unprofessional work they do. And way overpriced. He always has the same canned weak excuse for everything he doesn't remember who you are or what you are saying is not true. Per photo this rip did not exist when we brought it in, but it existed when we left, and he denied that and blamed on us and told us to leave and offered no solution.

He's a really nice guy who knows what he's talking about. Twice I've gone in there to ask if I should refinish something, and he showed me why it just wasn't worth it. The vibe was welcoming and helpful! Anthony went to the back to get a quote he was also looking to see if he had the exact wheel match which he did. Unfortunately, the cost to repair it was more than the luggage so it couldn't justify fixing it, but there was a row of luggage that people had brought in ready to get repaired so this is the place to do it if you have a luggage you love and willing to spend the money to fix it. I would give the Customer Service here five stars. The interaction was very trustworthy and casual and I know they would have done a great job and stood by their workmanship.
