I came in today around 5 PM after receiving absolutely NO communication or update about my shoes. I originally dropped them off in JUNE and was told they would be ready by the end of July. We are now already into August, and I still have not received my shoes or even a simple text letting me know there was a delay. Instead of continuing to wait, I decided to drive over myself to pick them up. Keep in mind, I live in Anaheim, so this was about a 35-minute drive for me. When I arrived, I was told my shoes STILL were not ready. Of course I was upset. At this point, it wasn't just about the delay it was the complete lack of communication and the fact that I was given a timeframe that wasn't honored. When he saw that I was upset, his response was basically that he could reimburse me. Seriously??? You've had my shoes since JUNE, I've been waiting all this time, and now that's the response? He then told me my shoes should be ready Wednesday, but couldn't even guarantee it. I made it very clear that they NEED to be ready. Whoever owns or manages this business seriously needs to address how customers are being treated and how orders are being handled. Delays happen, but keeping someone's property for this long without communicating is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend this place. read more

1000th review I hate having to write bad reviews but the whole point is to warn folks to not have the same experience. I'll keep this ish short. Dropped off my shoes in APRIL!!!! I didn't get them back until JULY the 6th!!!!! Never received a text that they were ever ready and I'm sure they're banking on you to forget your shoes because out of sight out of mind especially when you have over 100 pair like I do! When I came in on July 3rd, he went to back and said they're drying -_- I was born at night, not last night! You know damn well you never did them and now you have to panic wash them over the holiday weekend. I pull up on Monday and dudes talking about give another 30min they need to be laced BRUH. Ran an errand and came back and snatched my babies up. The shoes looked fantastic too, shame. It's sad because I'm always going to support a small business and the hustle but don't pop your ish on social media like you're professionals when you're not. I have never written a negative review before, but after this experience, I felt it was important to share it. On May 7, I dropped off two designer bags--a Louis Vuitton bag and a Gucci diaper backpack--to be cleaned. I chose this company because I believed it was a reputable, trustworthy business that specialized in caring for luxury items. I was told the turnaround time would be 4 weeks, so I was patient and waited well beyond that timeframe. Around 6 1/2 weeks, I reached out for an update. I was told they would be ready soon, but after that I received very little communication. When I messaged them on Instagram, I was told to call the business phone. When I called the business phone, I was told Instagram was the best way to reach them. I was sent back and forth between both with no real answers. Today, after calling approximately 20 times with no response, I finally gave up and started driving from Chino to Santa Ana to pick up my bags in person. They didn't respond until I was already about 15 minutes away from the store. The person who finally responded to me--who I believe may have been the owner--seemed very unconcerned about everything I had gone through just to get an update. When I arrived at the store, I asked why no one had simply answered my calls or messages. The employee helping me told me he doesn't handle the phone. While he did apologize, the apology didn't feel accompanied by any real accountability or concern for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, both of my bags were still wet when they were handed back to me. After waiting nearly seven weeks, I expected them to be finished and ready for pickup. If they needed more time, I would have completely understood. All it would have taken was an honest phone call or message saying they weren't ready yet. Instead, I received no communication and drove all the way there only to receive bags that were still wet. I'm attaching proof of: * My drop-off receipt showing I left my bags on May 7. * The two bags that were left in their care. * My repeated attempts to contact them through Instagram and by phone. * The lack of responses before I drove to the store. The most disappointing part is that I trusted this company with expensive designer bags because I believed they were reputable and professional. Instead, I experienced poor communication, dismissive customer service, and had my bags returned in an unfinished condition. I genuinely expected a much higher level of professionalism from a business that markets itself as caring for luxury items. Highly recommend going somewhere else. This place is extremely disorganized and has terrible communication. They don't answer phone calls, and it can take up to six days just to get a response to a text message. If they tell you your shoes will be ready within a certain number of weeks, I would not rely on that estimate. I dropped my shoes off on May 8, 2026, and picked them up on August 8, 2026, THREE months later, only to find out that my shoes had not even been started. I was originally told there would be a five-week turnaround, which clearly would have ended up taking more than double that amount of time. What I find most frustrating is that they never reached out to let me know there would be a significant delay. I had to repeatedly call and text just to get an update, and my calls and messages were essentially ignored. It's incredibly frustrating to leave your belongings with a business for three months and receive little to no communication, only to find out that nothing was done. Please save yourself the trouble, money, and time. I would strongly recommend taking your shoes somewhere else. The only positive thing I can say is that they did refund my money. If you're considering using this business, I recommend checking the Yelp and Google reviews as well, since other customers have reported similar issues. read more

I decided to take my five pairs of sneakers to get a deep cleaning, and the difference is night and day! The shop is very clean and the staff is professional as well. Sebastian and the rest of the staff were able to answer the intricate questions about their services and how they would clean the more dirty parts of the sneakers. Price varies from $20-$30 per sneaker and turnaround depends on the amount you bring in. I cannot express enough how impress I am with the quality of their work and attention to detail.
