First, there was no dental shaming with you haven't been in how long? He first took some updated photos which you can see on the flat screen TV that drops down...very cool! Next we talked about a plan to get a couple of crowns and a whitening program so my teeth will match. I've been in a few times and every time they are so pleasant and just the little extras mean a ton. He puts in Netflix while you are getting work done so you have a distraction. His office won the landscaping award with cool garden sculptures. He tries to make the environment as pleasant as possible. Pricing is reasonable and will be around $800+ for one veneer so my front smile will be perfect. They take insurance and will work with you and try to schedule so that you can get work done in different years to maximize your insurance. If you are a proclaimed "dentalphobe" like most people I highly recommend you try out Dr. Depledge.

The chair massaged me and Amber brought me a glass of water and a heated neck wrap. She even brought my wife back, who was waiting in the lobby; while I was getting numb. She was a very proactive and thoughtful assistant. Doctor Cook was a complete professional and her chair side manner was top shelf. I was charged a $100 dollar cancel fee because it was within 48 hours of my appointment. It was the first time I have had to cancel an appointment so close to the actual appointment. I was annoyed by the fee since I had been going there so long, but it was understandable. I was the one who cancelled. I had a cleaning appointment today (2 weeks later) so I was going to pay the fee when I arrived. When I arrived the receptionist told me all my appointments were canceled because of the fee. No phone call or text for the cancellation or the fee, nor anything stating I would have all my appointments cancelled until the fee was paid. I guess I'll have to charge them a $100 cancellation fee. Also, they have cancelled appointments the day of the appointment on me before.

She is very…read moreknowledgeable not just about teeth but how your oral health might be affected by or might be affecting other parts of your health. She's very thorough and honest. I had another dentist tell me I had a cavity and Dr. Lueck determined that I in fact did not have a cavity but my filling would need to be replaced to cover the gap between my teeth which would avoid breaking the enamel on my second tooth - something that should be avoided if possible. She also took my breathing problems seriously and gave me an excellent referral to an ENT which has changed my quality of life drastically for the better. She even prepared a report for me to give to the ENT so I could go informed and speaking the same "doctor" language with the issues she saw, which likely saved me time and added clarity to the ENT. I've referred other friends to her who have been equally as satisfied. She is not only highly competent and intelligent, but really great at communicating with patients, which at times it can be hard to find a doctor who does both. This is what health care should look like. So grateful to her and her team.

The prices for these services are dirt cheap. I just got my teeth cleaned & it only cost me $10 without x-rays. So, if your in need of such services I would totally recommend going here. The students & instructors are VERY thorough & very friendly & are willing to answer all of your questions & address all of your daily dental needs. The work they do there is very good & is double checked by the instructors the only thing I can say is bad is that if you don't have a lot of time & or patience this is not your thing. The appointments usually take up to 4 hours & you might have to come back for another visit or two but like I said they are very good at what they do & very inexpensive.

The waiting room has a nice view of the river, but I never spend too much time looking at it. Wait times are always very short! Also, they are very flexible with us when scheduling or rescheduling our appointments. I can't speak for the parking, because we live very nearby and walk. My first appointment was about a hour in a half. I got x rays, a cleaning, and a consultant from Dr. Christian. My hygenist was Andrea and explained everthing to me before she did it. We came up a plan with Dr. Christian to get my smile back on track. I was pretty happy with the whole experience and go back next month to get some work done. It's in the same building with Concentra.
