A traditional eggplant parmigiana does NOT have any peppers. -- as bad as the eggplant parmigiana was, it was better than the lasagna, which was as the absolute worst we ever had. The pasta layers weren't thin and resembled polenta. The cheese layers were practically non-existent cheese. There weren't any layers meat or sauce. For a restaurant where you order at the counter and get your own beverage from the fridge, $60+ is WAY overpriced (especially considering the abysmal quality of the food).
