The bathrooms were filthy, had spider webs everywhere. The paint was chipping throughout the venue. Looked like they didn't bother to upkeep the yard work. No lights by the walking area at night (which is a huge safety hazard). We had seniors with walkers.... Fruit flies in the drinks. Oh....here's the biggest one.... The owner's wife is a nutcase AND SHE'S RUDE. We witnessed her drive a golf cart and back into a guest's truck and then continue to yell at them....it was completely her fault. Don't waste your money. Find a new wedding venue.

They were for May, which in light of the current state of things in the vaca-world seems like plenty of notice. Though their policy does state they charge a fee for cancelations - no matter what. The rest of the industry also charges cancelation fees. Yet, they have all waived them due to the extraordinary circumstances the world is facing. The place is very nice to stay at. We've stayed before. Now though, I believe we have seen the true nature of things. It makes me sad to think we will not be rescheduling our stay. We made it clear that we'd be doing that as soon as the world settled into its new norm.

Wineries are in business to hopefully make a minimal profit in order to maintain what they do…read moreoffering you quality award winning wines. Wineries, to be competitive in Southern Oregon must also have music and some selection of food to offer their customers. These venues are not a public setting in a park where you may bring a picnic lunch and your own beverage and enjoy the music at your leisure. Wineries have to pay for the music you came to listen to which comes out of the price of a glass or bottle that you might enjoy while you're in attendance. To think that one can sit and watch a venue at a winery without at least purchasing a beverage is incredibly naive and disrespectful of a business. Daisy Creek remains our top go to winery in all of Southern Oregon because of their wines, service, music, and setting.

This place is a little bigger than some of the Indian Casinos I've seen like in California, but not as big as some Indian casinos in California, those are just like Vegas! This location at least has an Indian sounding name "KO-Kwel" Casino and resort. There's a hotel and restaurant as well as live entertainment. One thing they don't have are live table games like Blackjack, Craps or Roulette. Plenty of slot machines though. I guess with modern machines there no coin "SLOTS" anymore, just a slot to stuff bills into! Well, good luck to those guys on my crew. I booked my date around a year in advance and it was quite amazing to see just how much they were constantly improving their space and offerings as we awaited our special day. I also booked their vacation rental the night before my wedding, just like the rest of their facilities, it was very well kept and clean. I honestly lost count of how many compliments I received about the venue during my wedding, and how many times those helping me plan my wedding (other vendors and my family) complimented how great Ken and Joanna were to work with. My wife and usually try to follow up and attend events when he will be DJing, guaranteed you'll find us on the dance floor! I've seen him in bars, clubs, concerts, wedding, festivals, ..., and I even booked him for a couple birthday parties we had at our house. He's got an eclectic style of music that can please anyone. He's very professional. He's got a full sound system better than most venues' systems. He's the only one I would want to book for any future event I'd need a DJ.
