I love that they're loaded with flavor, the bread is soft, not airy but also doesn't feel too dense, it is not dry, and the dough is slightly elastic-y which I love. I think a good way to measure how good a bagel is is to eat it without toasting it. This one passed with flying colors. The first time I came, l was a little confused as to where this place was because the GPS led me to the back of the building but did find my way after driving around the building.
