Just got here at 10:54 door man said we needed to buy bottle service to get in lmao crazy man so delusional. There were 5 open tables inside to which he said there were no tables and the wait was an hour and a half to get in. Great place, great music. Reason I gave it a 4 star is because is too small during the night. I understand they need the space to dance but something should be done to create a little more space. Another thing was that I called a week before to reserve a table but the guy who answered the phone told me there is a 4 bottle minimum at $250 each so I said forget it. I liked the area that this place is in, really nice especially right now that is around the holidays, there are so many christmas lights on the trees, makes it so festive. just be aware of the parking it can be a hassle since there is street parking with meters. there might be parking structures around but i am not sure, but there are some most likely you will have to pay. Cool thing about this is that friends and I came on a friday night and we did not have to pay a cover charge, which is awesome. This place is not small and not that big either its about the right size, loved the ambiance inside though. They have a full bar, pricey drinks though, obviously keep that in mind. You know how it is. There are some tables around not that many though. The dance floor is pretty small. They do have a VIP section but nothing major, just separate seating of course. The DJ is pretty awesome, i loved the variety, from hip hop, to merengue all in between, stuff that are oldies and new hits. Hard to find variety now in days. i disliked the fact that people are not aloud to go dance with drinks in there hands, which can be understandable but kind of kills the mood for me having to consume my drink first and waiting for hits to go by. I went on a Saturday night and they had great music, if you like LatinX Music and top 40 hits. However, the experience was terrible. Come here recently to grab a bite and drink on a thursday around 8 pm. Decor looked decent hostess were very welcoming. After being seated we waited for roughly 10 mins before our server stopped by to ask us what we would line to drink. Mind you that half the tables were empty, bar area had a few open seats. Regardless, the drinks took an addition 15 mins to make and after requesting for ice water 3 freakin times our server brought us our drinks. Drinks were extremly watered down. If your a bar/grill and you cannot make a drink, i am sorry but you need to look elsewhere for a job or re-evaluate you current position. Im unhappy making the choice to go here. I'm not one to be judgmental or jump to conclusions, but I had an extremely odd experience here tonight. My boyfriend and I sort of got an odd vibe when we came in. Someone kept changing the volume of the music to REALLY LOUD then quiet. There were a few managers walking around that weren't really doing anything at all. When one waiter would come by and ask us if we wanted drink refills and we said "no", another guy would come by 2 minutes later with refills. We ordered appetizers because we wanted to make sure we were comfortable enough staying. The food wasn't great. We decided we would grab dinner somewhere else. Asked for the cheque. I paid with my credit card. Saw my waiter fumbling around at the register with it, then walk over to the bar with my folder still in hand. Thought that was weird. Get my receipt back. I have 3 receipts in the folder. My card is nowhere to be found. I thought maybe I subconsciously put it in my wallet - nope. Looked all over the table - nope. Floor - nope. Finally called the guy over to tell him I didn't get my card back. I checked my banking app and saw I was charged. They still had my card. The manager was called over after about 10 minutes of him "looking" for it. He goes back over to the check stand after the manager tells him to go through his pockets and grab all of the folders and suddenly he "found it on the floor." I don't want to accuse either party, but I found the whole situation to be poorly managed. We just went in for a bottle of wine and thats exactly what we got. We ordered the bottle and it was delivered and he poured the first glasses, but that was it. He never touched the bottle again. I don't want to seem like a wine snob, but I think when I order a bottle of wine, if I am supposed to tip on the bottle price, the server should be pouring it. It was really noisy and the guy at the table next to us was singing out loud songs that were not playing and he didn't know the lyrics. Bar staff was having fun behind the bar, laughing and not paying attention to the patrons, including me. Lots of tv's very busy and loud maybe get rid of the white table clothes and decide if it's a sports bar or a nice restaurant were one can have dinner and be able to have a nice conversation. The decor is very busy and confusing but nice and clean. The food is good the Mac & chorizo very rich and cheesy delicious I ordered the rib eye steak it was juicy and tender The spinach and asparagus nice and crisp. Good drinks.
