The limping got worse and decided to take her to a different place for a second opinion, immediately knew that she had tore her ACL and was beyond shocked that Animal health clinic did nothing to test for this the first time we brought her to them about the limping. So now because we have been told for months it's not a concern, she has a full ACL tear and got emergency surgery for something that if caught in the beginning could have possibly been aided to and resolved and she would not have been suffering in the amount of pain she has been for so long now. So to say the least I am very upset with this vet and their lack of care for my dog and just to top it off when requesting my dogs records and explaining why I am upset they said absolutely nothing, no apology, no phone call to discuss just sent the records that to me confirms that they do not truly care about the animals they are supposed to be taking car of. I do not recommend this place to anyone

To top it all off, these people had the audacity to try and charge us full price saying that they had only been moved temporarily while their original place was being cleaned. Problem was, I passed by their enclosure I had rented and reserved and there were other dogs in there. Next trip we brought our dogs to Cape Veterinary in Yarmouth. Beautiful place, clean and they took wonderful care of our pets.

Was great for a few weeks, but then no showed a session, when asked about it she manufactured a story about 'coming through the backyard' which is why I wouldn't see her on my front door camera. Once caught in the lie, she back peddled and claimed to just be overwhelmed. Told me she'd be giving me a refund for the sessions she no showed and those I'd paid for in advance. Started seeing massive delays in her response time, got a bunch of sob stories as to all the things going on in her life explaining why she couldn't pay me back, got the inkling that I was going to get ripped off, and only after saying I'd be escalating and insisting upon at least a payback plan did she attempt to make things right. Got 2 small installments back via Venmo, and then big surprise! Nothing. Followed up in text messages. Followed up on FB. Such a shame. I will still be escalating because hey- you shouldn't rip people off. It's just that simple.

However, we contracted Covid while in Florida and were unable to fly home as scheduled since we were both fully symptomatic. I called Pam. She was empathetic and said, "no worries. Your pup can stay as long as you need." She kept us updated on our dog with texts and photos. She even took her to our groomer to have her nails trimmed. (I hadn't been able to do that before we left). Finally, after two weeks, we were able to fly home and retrieve our dog. Pam is so thoughtful and caring for us and our dog. She is our exclusive boarding home for our dog. We will use her every time we need to travel. Thank you, Pam. You are fantastic!!!
