It's now two hours later, and I haven't been advised how much longer I will need to wait. Toyota in general used to be a very welcoming company when you brought your vehicle in for service. Often they had coffee, water, often snacks available while you waited for your vehicle. They usually offered a car wash too. I noticed this when my dad bought a Toyota in Mansfield OH and when I bought two Toyotas from two different dealers in the St Louis metro area. The Toyota customer experience is quite different now and I am beginning to wonder if I will ever buy another Toyota from a Toyota dealer. It feels like the customer isn't valued nearly as much. I don't know if this is a problem endemic of Toyota as a whole or just the individual dealerships. Somewhat recommend.

We checked it out and she put it down as her #1 choice. We met Josh that day and he told us a little bit more about the SUV and showed us the differences in the packages for the ones that they had on the lot. We let him know that this was our first day shopping and we had a whole lot of shopping left to do. He was cool with that and we left to check out other cars. We came right back to Josh and the team and looked at it again to be sure that we had the right car and told them we'd like to run the numbers. We were at this dealership for a while while they ran our credit and got everything set with finance and everyone along the way was outstanding.
