I got stung by a scorpion in my bedroom last night, and I called Josh for help. Josh agreed to come over the same day to take care of the issue. Upon arrival, he was very friendly; he took us around the house with a black light to show where scorpions live and how they can enter the house. We learned a lot about scorpions and it was actually fun ! He sprayed the odorless chemical inside and outside of the house to kill this nasty creatures. He also located the one that stung me in my bedroom. Because we sprayed inside of the house, his service was guaranteed, meaning he'll come back if we see anything crawling. We've been using Top Line for years. Over that time, we've come to know the owner/service technician Bob. We call on him to take care of our homes and he always does a great job. One of the benefits is that you don't have to sign a contract, you can call him when you need him. Plus his rates are great.....$40 for outdoor and indoor service. We call him 2-3 times per year as needed....once just before the Summer when the pests look for cooler places to hide and once before the Winter before the cold. Sometimes after a rain or snow (last week) we need his help. Hopefully we don't need him any more than that. Topline Pests is great. I called Josh last minute because of an ant problem. I guess with the warmer weather, they were trying to find their way into the house through the pipes. Josh came super quickly and took care of business. Within 30 minutes, he was done. I told him about a recent beehive finding in my backyard as well, and he took care of that too! It was so easy. AWESOME! Thank you Josh! I just moved into this house a month ago and saw a scorpion last night as I was working in my kitchen. It freaked me out so I started looking on Yelp for some pest control services in the area, requesting a quote and service ASAP. It was after 11:30 pm on Saturday when I made the request--not to mention it was Memorial Day weekend so I was expecting to no hear from anyone for a few days. It's a newer place, so we didn't really expect to find an infestation. Our complex managers had another company spray before we moved in. They offer this free for preventative maintenance....they obviously didn't do a very good job. Well- the nightmare started right when we moved in. Roaches coming out from everywhere.
