I love the minimalistic and clean look for the office. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Ang was very polite, gentle, kind, informative, and knowledgeable. I learned so much from him. I like that he actually takes the time to listen to me. I can tell that he listens intently and sincerely. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. I would highly recommend coming to this place and seeing Dr. Ang if you have any allergy concerns. This is serious please read. I initially went to Dr. Castro because I'm prone to sinus infections…read morethat move into my lungs. When I get these lung infections they're very serious so that they impede my breathing. I mentioned that I had chronic sinusitis to Dr. Castro but he was very dismissive and said no it's only asthma. He decided to give me antibiotics anyway but only after I pretty much was insistent that it was something more serious. After quite a few bouts with this infection it kept coming back. This to me meant that it was never killed in the first place. I decided to talk to my primary care doctor about it. His reply was, "I'm not giving you anything until we get a sputum culture". What they found blew me away. I had a very serious lung infection that had became resistant to the antibiotic Castro prescribed and a few others that were given to me over the years. I most likely had this infection over a decade and over time it could've become fatal. The fact that Castro didn't think to get a test done on my mucus and was dismissive when I told him that I had a serious issue really angers me. This is not a thinking doctor! He either knows very little or cares very little. For your own safety see another doctor.

(Apparently the provider network has yet to reflect this change.) I overhear a manager stating that treating patients with my plan is "not cost-effective." They offer to honor my consultation authorization but would charge me cash for an allergy test. I walked out. Complete waste of my time. She was always communicative and really tried to get down to the bottom of things. I did however often have to wait a long time for virtual visits. Dr Parra left the practice and I have now see Dr. Yam one time virtually and one time in person. She seems to be a great Dr. I feel very comfortable with her and she is just generally positive and a Dr you would never dread seeing. Unfortunately, I continue to have some health issues but Dr. Yam called me directly when the office was closed during the Christmas holiday to follow up on some recent blood work. I was blown away that she took that time and called me directly. I look forward to continuing to work with her.

Despite multiple phone calls and messages clearly explaining the specific ultrasound I need, the office has repeatedly sent referrals to facilities that do not perform the procedure. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time calling both the doctor's office and imaging facilities trying to correct an issue that should have been handled by the medical staff. I even went to the office in person and was told Maria would call me back. I never received a callback, message, update, or correct referral. This is no longer simply a customer service issue. Their lack of communication, follow-through, and basic coordination of care has directly delayed my ability to receive necessary medical testing. What is especially concerning is the apparent lack of urgency or concern despite being repeatedly informed of the problem. Patients should be able to rely on their primary care provider to appropriately coordinate referrals and follow through when there is an issue, not be left to manage the process themselves. Based on my experience, I have very little confidence in this office's ability to properly manage patient care, and I would not recommend them as a primary care provider.
