I was just browsing at first but decided to grab Ollie some dog ice cream (they come in a 4-pack). The sales lady--who I believe is also the owner--offered to just sell me one instead of the whole pack, which was awesome and so thoughtful. I think it was literally just a dollar. The shop itself isn't huge like a PetSmart, but it's well laid out, easy to find what you're looking for, and has a really homey, family-run feel. The employees were genuinely kind and welcoming to me and my buddy. I have taken four dogs to your clinic over multiple years...but front desk lady didn't ask any questions or seemed to care....she just turned me away and told me to go somewhere else due to being "booked solid". I expected more from my local vet's office since I was a regular customer. Arrow also has a number of organic offerings, which is a nice alternative to the heavy on the chemicals philosophy the big-box stores seam to lean towards. So even though our needs our limited, Arrow Feed is still fun place to browse around.
