I visited on Saturday, not realizing there was an event taking place. The atmosphere that evening felt very different from prior visits and, at times, uncomfortable. There were issues with restroom access, as groups were going in together and others were being asked to wait, which created an inconvenient and unusual situation. Additionally, there were behaviors and activity that, in my personal opinion, appeared to involve possible drug use and transactions occurring openly. Whether or not that was the case, it created an environment that felt unsafe and concerning to me as a customer. Service was also significantly impacted. If you were not part of the event, it was difficult to get assistance. I was only able to receive service after another patron brought it to the bartender's attention. Prior to this, I had visited mainly for convenience, and while service had been average, this experience did not meet expectations. Based on this visit, I would not feel comfortable returning, especially during event nights.

Wait staff was nice and helpful and plenty of parking. Walking distance to the main strip in Big Bear Lake. We got there right before 8pm and they stopped serving food shortly after 8pm.
