We came on a Saturday around 6 pm and were quoted an hour and a half for 6 people. We noticed that next to the bar, there were quite a few seats available. That area is a free for all and anyone can sit there without having to wait for the quoted seating time. Food: Short Rib Nachos (7.5/10): I will admit, I'm not a nacho cheese person but these were delicious. The short ribs were cooked perfectly, it was melt in your mouth after chewing a few times. The cheese wasn't too heavy but was equally spread across the entire plate of chips. This was my first time seeing avocados on nachos.
