Before they would send me a new one I had to return the old one which defeats the purpose of convenience. The 2nd time I checked the bag before I left the parking lot. The box of ziploc bags was obviously opened. Fortunately I was able to flag down an employee who exchanged it right away, but this also proves that they had more in stock.
