The shoes are adorable and comfortable. Sadly, after only 2 1/2 hours of wear the dye from the elastic straps completely transferred to the tops of my feet. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem. Went with our friends after a nice Sunday brunch. It was sort of organized, in sections, but not exactly. Socks were in multiple places and the shoe section had shoes in the wrong box or just one shoe not a pair. I wanted to find a pair of HOKAs, which I did. I also got a cute pair of flamingo socks for my dad and another pair of SmartWool hiking socks that were marked $22 but rang up at $6. Nice! Definitely ask for the prices at check out. They had discounts on top of discounts, so a few of the SPF shirts that we bought were heavily discounted and a few we left at the store. Still, Going, Going, Gone is a nice place to hunt for a bargain in South Florida.

I usually go to their store in Coconut Creek at the Promenade, but we were nearby, and I decided to see if they had any different stock here. Just a note: If the guys in your family are coming here and looking for shoes, as well, it seems that there are less and less men's shoes here -- in both stores -- as the men's sections is getting smaller and smaller. I did the usual tour of all the aisles and also the clearance racks. I'm on their loyalty program from the time the warehouses opened in Florida and for the last couple years, I haven't really been able to take advantage of most of their sales or discounts. It is strange to WANT to give them money, but there's nothing that appeals or fits. Either they don't have my size in something I like, or they don't have what I like at all. In any case, I had previously purchased a pair of flats at another DSW and was hoping to buy another one just like it. The brand is their own, but they had no sandals like this at all in this store. I even went online afterwards -- following a staffer's suggestion -- but they don't have them there either. I'll keep trying now and then as I know their stock changes; However, soon they will be having most of their fall closed shoes for sale -- which here in Florida we don't need as much.
