The shoes are adorable and comfortable. Sadly, after only 2 1/2 hours of wear the dye from the elastic straps completely transferred to the tops of my feet. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem. The location has a couple of displays of luxury handbags, some watches and jewelry, and a few accessories and shoes, along with the racks of clothing. Prices do vary based on condition, designer, and time the piece has been available. The staff were kind to check or share that you can scan the tags for any of the pieces for more information with their app and you can see if there are discounts available for items. In addition to selling consignment items, they will take items for consignment in the shop. I saw some clients stopping in to drop off items to be consigned and listed. I did try some pieces on, but didn't purchase as I was not 100% in love with the items once I tried them on or looked them over. Overall, this is a fun location to stop into. The staff here were more friendly and approachable, which helped to make the experience a pleasant one.
