The shoes are adorable and comfortable. Sadly, after only 2 1/2 hours of wear the dye from the elastic straps completely transferred to the tops of my feet. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem. Went with our friends after a nice Sunday brunch. It was sort of organized, in sections, but not exactly. Socks were in multiple places and the shoe section had shoes in the wrong box or just one shoe not a pair. I wanted to find a pair of HOKAs, which I did. I also got a cute pair of flamingo socks for my dad and another pair of SmartWool hiking socks that were marked $22 but rang up at $6. Nice! Definitely ask for the prices at check out. They had discounts on top of discounts, so a few of the SPF shirts that we bought were heavily discounted and a few we left at the store. Still, Going, Going, Gone is a nice place to hunt for a bargain in South Florida.

I did the usual tour of all the aisles and also the clearance racks. It is strange to WANT to give them money, but there's nothing that appeals or fits. Either they don't have my size in something I like, or they don't have what I like at all. In any case, I had previously purchased a pair of flats at another DSW and was hoping to buy another one just like it. The brand is their own, but they had no sandals like this at all in this store. I wear a size 11 size 11 they used to have a bright yellow sticker on the end of the box because it's a very odd size so there's no use for you to go and look at every shoe Because not all manufacturers make a size 11. There were so many people there with their dogs that it was hard to walk up and down an aisle with the woman trying on shoes and her big golden retriever laying next to her, another aisle a lady had a little Ankle biter sized dog and had it on one of those retractable leashes and the dog was about 10 feet away from her. None of these dogs were service dogs. I wound up buying two pairs of ankle socks. When I said something to the woman at the counter about size 11 used to have stickers she said they're still supposed to. I wanted a strap type of step in heel with a low heel, something casual, every day, type of heel, but they didn't have any that I could find either in my size. Maybe because it's a chain and it's winter they did have a lot of boots. I was able to find shoes that I was looking for online but I have to buy three or four pair to try them on and then send them back which is time-consuming. Prices of their shoes are as good as they used to be either. Used to be able to get good discounts and deals but I didn't notice any of that in the store or online
