I assumed there wouldn't be an issue because I had already entered my email myself for the foot scan, but somehow my email was still entered incorrectly on their end. I've never had an emailed receipt take that long from any other retailer, and their website still says I don't have a membership. I'll check again tomorrow, and if these issues still aren't resolved, I'll contact my bank to block any future recurring charges. The whole experience just felt strange. The CEO, Scott Baxter claims there is a disclosure on the site that warns of no refunds but he's lying - there isn't. And even if there was, they call you to get your credit card number so unless you happen to be their web site when they call, you wouldn't be aware of a "no refund" policy anyway. They don't disclose that over the phone. DECEPTIVE. DISHONEST. UNETHICAL. BUYER BEWARE.
