I walked in with my hair feeling like a complete mess and walked out with everything I wanted and more. Joy truly listens, understands your vision, and somehow makes it even better than you imagined. Her talent speaks for itself, but what really stood out to me is her! Joy is such a wonderful, genuine person. The conversation, the environment, and the overall experience were just as incredible as the haircut itself. I honestly don't understand why more people aren't flooding her salon. I had long hair for over five years and booked her for a haircut and digital perm, which was supposed to take about three hours. When she started cutting my hair, she noticed I already had the desired style without a perm because my hair was gaining some natural waves due to menopause. I just didn't realize because I was always blow-drying and tying my hair. Instead of taking my money and pushing forward with the original plan, she was 100% honest with me and explained that I wouldn't need the perm. She also gave me excellent tips on air drying and styling my hair. I'm sure it was a loss for her, but her honesty saved me time and money. I'll definitely go back to her. read more

BEWARE!!!!! the owner is like Dr. jeckel and Mr. Hyde my son had a bad hair cut last week so I decided to try a new place being joy studio. we went there on Sunday and she said she didn't have time for him since he needed a perm and a haircut so we scheduled it for today at 3:45. my son was nervous from his last haircut and asked a few questions which seemed to annoy her. she rushed him to show her a picture and he explained please not too short and she said if you don't know what you want I don't have time for you. he showed her the picture twice and she said she couldn't do it and it won't look like that. he felt uncomfortable since she said she had other clients and to come back another day. this is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone going to her. thanks for wasting not one but two days of our time. read more

Really amazing job with my hair and my husband's hair. My husband wasnt going to get his haircut initially but as soon as he saw my haircut, he went in immediately. Probably the best haircut he has ever gotten since I dated him haha! I went in for a balayage today but my hopes were not too high because I had half of my hair bleached, colored blue. I thought it would be difficult for it to work but I was surprised with the results. It exceeded my expectations. My hair is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't ask for anything else.
