During that process, I was also working on sleep apnea and failing CPAP. Apparently double-jaw surgery is a highly regarded although intense surgical option for sleep apnea if you're a candidate. Ended up pivoting that way and changed Invisalign to braces and Dr. Walton helped me find some great surgeons. It was a long process but I'm so grateful!! I'm 10+ weeks post-op and it's been incredible. Still have several months of braces but hopefully will be down with them this year!

I shopped for several options and while I didn't go with the least expensive option, I did chose Dr. Walton because I felt confident in her abilities and she seems honest and caring. Her practice is modern, clean and runs on time. It is conveniently located off Oberlin Road near Cameron Village with its own dedicated parking lot. They also send text and email reminders of appointments. I'd like to see a more personal touch from the rest of the staff. Sometimes they don't even explain what they are doing as if I can read their minds or I don't need to know. I am not finished but am thrilled with the results so far and the payment plan is greatly appreciated.

Me and my daughter have been attending this dental office since 2020. I called in on 1/11/22 to…read moreschedule a tooth extraction, which the receptionist advised me that she would be able to get me in for an appt on 1/12/22 @ 1p.m. So, I showed up to my appt on time, they took my temperature and immediately took me to their back room. The dental assistant was very nice and talkative which helped pass time while I waited on Dr. Taylor. The dental assistant took x-rays in the mean time. At about 1:30 Dr.Taylor came in to talk to me which was fine. Dr. Taylor left out again and at about 1:40ish she came back in to administer the numbing medication, in the mist of her numbing my tooth another dental assistant (male) stood in the doorway of the room I was in to tell Dr. Taylor he needed her in the room next door to me. (Note. The people next door had literally just gotten there, and I've been there for 45 mins now), after she numbed my tooth she left out. I assumed she went into the next room which she did. Now from my understanding numbing medication takes about 15 mins to fully take affect. With that being said Dr. Taylor didn't return to my room until 2:45. At this point I was very irritated. (Note. I'm 9 months pregnant & need to eat every 2 hrs.. so at this point I'm pretty much starving). In the mist of my hr wait 2 dental assistants kept asking if I was numb and I stated Every-time "yes, I've been numb almost immediately after it was administered" they also kept advising that Dr. Taylor would be in shortly. But the shortly never came. At 1:45 when Dr. Taylor did come in she asked me "is there a problem", I stated yes and explained to her how I felt. She then stated that she was doing me a favor by extracting my tooth and that She had other patients to attend too. She then laughed to her dental assistant and stated that I was very rude. Which I then told Dr. Taylor I felt She was very rude and unprofessional. I understand that these offices have to maneuver between patients, but to leave out of my Room to attend to another patient who literally just arrived in the middle of her numbing me is just insane. Dr. Taylor took so long to Come back that she had to administer more numbing medication because I could feel everything she was doing ( I'm assuming the bit of numbing she did give me was wearing off within that hr time frame). I felt as if Dr. Taylor picks and chooses which patients to treat in a timely matter.. and I feel like this is due to Insurance type and race. Dr. Taylor then stated "well You can leave" & after waiting 2 hrs to get a tooth pulled who's leaving at that point...?!?!? Not I. Please perform the extraction that I've been waiting on for 2 hrs. So to sum this up, Fr. Taylor Came in at 2:45 and to pull my Tooth and I was getting Up out my of the chair at 3p.m. I'm saying this to say it took her 2 hrs to do a 15 Min procedure which is RIDICULOUS. She laughed at my feelings which was disrespectful. All in all, I most definitely will not be going back for further checkups. Ps. Dr. Taylor staff were GREAT. It was literally Just the dentist with problems.

We drive an hour for this dentist but it is twice a year and FV is a really cute area. We have a few requirements. *Very small office. Preferably one or two dentists. * Place that could see our whole family Place that is good with people with anxiety as I have extreme anxiety and PTSD Now because I have anxiety my Husband went first and 'checked' it out. He was pleased and said it would be a good fit for us. So I got an appt. Then we decided to make an appt for my son and he got in faster then my appt as I assume there was a cancellation and we got lucky making the appt. My son went in and liked it a lot and the hygienist (I think Alex?) was great and so was the dentist. My appt was today and it was a breeze and everyone was very nice and I was happy with everything. If you struggle with anxiety you should go here. They didn't make me feel bad about anything. And thankfully all 3 of us are cavity free.
