Our initial experience wasn't great, getting the first visit scheduled took forever. That should have been my clue. Every appointment since has been very difficult to schedule. When my child is due to be seen, they have one appointment to offer. If that doesn't work, they will suggest something two weeks later. Well that adds two weeks to the treatment time - nobody wants that! Their appointments are only available between 8:20 and 3:20 (and I don't believe they are open on Fridays), so your child will always miss school for this (and you will miss work). Maybe this is a small sacrifice to make, but I wish I had known before we started here or I would likely have gone elsewhere.

I chose Wake Orthodontics and could not be happier. As a geriatric patient with a mouth full of problems, I was not expecting much. I told Dr. Collie I just wanted a pretty smile. Wake Orthodontics with Dr. Collie have far exceeded all expectations. I arrive about five minutes before my appointment and am seen almost immediately. There is an office in Smithfield which is extremely convenient. HIs staff are knowledgeable, friendly, encourage questions and get answers. The time, effort and work done on my teeth are amazing. As I have watched my mouth turn from a mess into one that creates a pretty smile, I feel so very grateful to Dr. Collie and his staff.
