I discovered Joy Spa as a years long customer of Best Foot Spa that previously occupied this location. I found the remodel nicely done. The business is very clean and new. The check-in hostesses spoke perfect English. The menu of services was detailed and she answered all my questions. They offer exactly the massage service I wanted, 15min feet/45min body. The masseuse listened to where I wanted a softer touch, and where I wanted her to focus. She started the timer precisely when the foot massage began. I felt ripped. Two of us went for 60 minute deep tissue, one of us got a full 60 minute massage with hot stone, hot towel and cream and the other person got 48 minutes of dry massage. No cream, no towel no stones. I am local to Vegas and was looking for a permanent massage place but this is not one of them. beware. Great couples massage. They were good about checking the pressure and making sure it was right. The one complaint I have is serious. Like others said, the woman who was massaging my boyfriend brought her cell phone in and set it on the table by his head. It vibrated and she answered it and talked for several minutes! Completely rude and unprofessional. I hope management will address this with her. Cell phones have cameras on them and do not belong in the massage room. Other than that, we enjoyed it and are willing to give them another try, but please no phones. read more

I was referred by a pervious spa that I loved, but it closed down. Upon arrival staff was friendly and professional. Once my husband and I got into the room and were ready but waited 10 minutes before the staff came in, no big deal. I did not get the name who did my Swedish massage, but it felt rough and rushed. Positive, he did excellent work on my shoulder but I did not enjoy the rest of it. He also had his phone on the massage bed and it was going off & he also appeared to be on the phone at one point. My husband spoke highly of May and said she knew exactly what was bothering him without a word. But like the man who did mine, she also took a phone call while in the middle of the massage and agreed that it was unprofessional but he would definitely see her again. read more

My experience here was actually quite odd.. This was my first time getting a massage so maybe it's normal lol. When I entered; they had me pay first?? Then I went back to the massage room, was told to undress and then lay down under the sheets. I got a REALLY nice massage and got the knot out of my neck, the only thing I have to complain about is she answered her personal cell phone call while giving me a massage I really which I could tell you who did it but nobody told me their names. Then after that I had my 45 min facial that actually ended at 30 minutes, shorted me 15 mins.. not a big deal. When I got to the massage room, I was told to just lay in the sheets; not to take off any clothing. Then when the cosmetologist entered the room she asked me to take off my shirt... with the door open.. and her just watching me, made me a little uncomfortable. Then I laid down while she went to gather some things in the bath, the steamer was pointed towards my face on one side and started going off while she wasn't in the room, started burning my face and I sat up to get it away from my face then she came in and pushed my face back down . She really RUSHED the facial.. and it was not comfortable at all.. (this is a different lady than who did my massage) she kept getting the stuff in my eyes and it was burning ! She also left the room maybe 8-10 times during this and took forever to return.. she left the door open as well, I feel it's pretty unprofessional.. then when I go to leave, the cashier tells me she overcharged me $10 on accident. I told her that it's okay I'd just use that for the tip, as I was already paying $100 for the facial and massage, then when I signed they shamed on me for not tipping more when I was NOT pleased with the facial.
